It's funny. I'd read a lot of things about this episode: some saying that it was great, while other considered it a waste of time. I was expecting something a little more divisive for myself, but personally, I found this episode to be one of the best I've ever seen. Would I have liked a longer confrontation between Obi-Wan and Maul? Sure, but I thought that what we got was a lot more emotional than anything else could have been. I wasn't sure about an episode simply dedicated to Ezra on Tatooine, but it actually turned out to be a solid and enjoyable ride, and as the ending drew near, it became a great one. While the Season 2 finale is still the best I've seen from this series, this is definitely just beneath it. It had a lot of emotions and a lot of things that gave some great development, especially to Ezra who heard some words here that I believed he needed to hear from someone who wasn't Kanan. There was also a big chance to break continuity with this episode, but they managed to keep it closed off and not ruin anything that the original trilogy set up, which I thought was simply great.
