Enjoyably simple and with good movement

A cat is sternly warned not to harm the pet bird that it seems to have its eye on. When the owner is out of the room, a sudden stroke makes it an ex-bird, and the cat is frantic to return the bird to live for fear it will get the blame otherwise.

This very short animation has a simple setup, which then leads to a nicely consistent delivery around the central joke of everything going against the cat. The animation flows well, giving the film the pace it needs to deliver the material, and it looks good throughout. There are plenty of very quick sight-gaps, although I think it is possible to get most on first viewing. Easily viewed and fun for what it is .

dramatic chain of events

First, you admire the fine craft. Second - the simplicity. Not the last, the seductive story about appearences, innocence and a chain of events changing, in dramatic manner, everything. A box with pills, a sentimental cat and a little bird. And, the catastrophy.
