The real spirit of the 80s

A sentimental journey to the 1980s. An absolute classic when it comes to music. The clip, on the other hand, is a heartwarmingly kitschy video from this period. Excerpts from the movie combined with some absurd story that has nothing to do with the film itself. Cool...

Warning: Spoilers
For some reason I was thinking about Harold Faltermeyer's Axel F today because for some reason I was reflecting on some of my favorite Friends episodes, and the one where Ross played Faltermeyer's Axel F was hilarious and poignant. Also rather serendipitously I learned that the latest Beverly Hills Cop sequel, Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, will be released very soon, so wow. Anyway, I love this song, the chords, the beat and all init, and hopefully Axel F will feature prominently in Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F. Anyway, it's hard to believe this song was released nearly 40 years ago and it lives on.
