Netflix’s Tom Brady Roast show was a star-studded affair with popular comedians and friends of the former NFL quarterback appearing at the event. Kevin Hart hosted the show with Nikki Glaser, Tony Hinchcliffe Sam Jay, Bert Kreischer, and Jeff Ross joining the fun. Brady’s NFL buddies Rob Gronkowski, Randy Moss, and Drew Bledsoe were also present to poke fun at their friend.

The event also featured surprise guests including Ben Affleck, Will Farrell, and Kim Kardashian. When the latter came on stage, the audience booed her and Kardashian had to wait for the crowd to calm down. It seems Netflix has now removed that part of the show and fans are voicing their opinions about whether this was the right thing to do.

Generation, the Berlin Film Festival sidebar for children and youth films, has announced this year’s winners unveiling the picks from both the Generation 14plus (for teen and older viewers) and the youth jury for the Generation Kplus (kids and tweens) sections.

In John Lennon’s life, he had two wives and a number of girlfriends. Some of these women have spoken publicly about the difficulties of dating him. He could be physically abusive, demeaning, and inattentive. Lennon himself said he could be a terrible partner. He admitted that one of his high school girlfriends endured a lot when she was dating him.
John Lennon said his high school girlfriend had a difficult time
When discussing his teenage years, Lennon brought up one of his girlfriends, Barbara. After mentioning the time he had sex with her in a graveyard, he said, rather insultingly, that her time dating him should have prepared her for anything.
“Barbara, where are you now? Fat and ugly? Fifteen kids?” he said in The Beatles Anthology. “Years of hell with me should have made you ready for anything.”

Not long after Ringo Starr joined The Beatles, the band began to enjoy a seemingly endless string of No. 1 singles. They were so popular that it seemed unlikely that anyone would ever end their streak. Of course, someone eventually did, but the band didn’t take it too hard. According to Starr, The Beatles saw this as a relief.
Ringo Starr said The Beatles felt relieved when a single didn’t hit No. 1
In 1963, The Beatles began dominating the charts. For years, they were unbeatable; it seemed that nothing they released could fail. While this was exciting, Starr said it also put a great deal of pressure on the band.
“After Number One, where else is there to go? Number One was It,” he said in The Beatles Anthology. “After that, of course, every bloody thing we did was Number One and it got strange because in a weird way...

Visions serves as Jones’ first album since 2020’s Pick Me Up Off the Floor, and is described in a statement as being about “feeling free, wanting to dance, making it right, and acceptance of what life brings.” Produced by Leon Michels, Visions features a more uplifting and soulful sound than her previous record.
“The reason I called the album Visions is because a lot of the ideas came in the middle of the night or in that moment right before sleep, and ‘Running’ was one of them where you’re half asleep and kind of jolted awake,” Jones said in a press release. “We did most of the songs in the same way where I...

FBI‘s Missy Peregrym, for one, recorded the sweet Instagram video below, noting that while “I sobbed my little head off today” (knowing that she’ll be seeing son Otis, age 3-1/2, and daughter Mela, 18 months, less than she did during the overlapping WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes), she expects to “laugh my head off when I see my other family” from CBS’ FBI on-set Monday.

In Ben’s second encounter with Hannah on Quantum Leap, he helped her prevent Nazis from using Albert Einstein’s secret formula to alter history, revealed that he was a time traveler and kissed her midsentence in an effortlessly romantic gesture.
Wednesday’s eventful leap to Princeton University in 1955 also placed Ben in the awkward situation of working alongside Tom, the army man who currently oversees the Quantum Leap project and happens to be dating his ex-fiancé Addison. He wasn’t exactly thrilled about it, but their forced proximity delivered several amusing moments and showcased a different side to the usually optimistic time leaper.

Silence speaks volumes in the latest film from Joachim Lafosse. The writer/director uses it as a dramatic tool throughout his film but it also refers to years of unspoken repression in the household run by Francois Scharr.
Daniel Auteuil - surely the Tom Hanks of Gallic cinema - plays against type as the well respected lawyer, who we meet in the middle of a high-profile case, with journalists permanently stationed outside the gates of the lavish home he lives in with wife Astrid (Emmanuelle Devos) and his teenage son Raphael (Matthieu Galoux). Lafosse's fictional tale draws on a real-life Belgian case that became known as the Hissel Affair, in which a high-powered lawyer acting on behalf of a family whose children were killed by a paedophile, himself became subject to scrutiny.
Beginning near the end, we see Astrid at a police station being given the news that Raphael has attempted to.

Exclusive: MGM’s extensive film & TV catalogue, built over the past century, was the main driver behind Amazon’s $8.5B acquisition of the storied Hollywood studio. For the past year, since the deal closed in March 2022, Amazon Studios has been sifting through MGM’s library, identifying about a dozen initial titles for film and/or TV development, including Robocop, Stargate, Legally Blonde, Fame, Barbershop, The Magnificent Seven, Pink Panther and The Thomas Crown Affair.
