- Civil servant Fiona Craig, from the culture ministry, arrives to observe a typical day at the BBC and Ian is charged with introducing her to Ryan, who, despite some protests, is touted as a regular sport presenter. Siobhan. now his agent, also turns up but head of diversity Faiza Rajah believes he should be given more than a one-off appearance in a sports quiz so Ian has a solution - to put Ryan in another show, causing head of inclusivity Lucy to consider a job move in protest.
