  Rene Ramirez : Okay. How about your name?

  Emiko Queen : I appreciate the help, but I'm not looking to make new friends.

  Rene Ramirez : Looks like you could use some.

  Rene Ramirez : But you came to my place.

  Emiko Queen : And I'm starting to regret not taking my chances at the hospital.

  Rene Ramirez : Well, I guess stubbornness comes with the suit.

  Emiko Queen : The arms dealer who provided the rifle, and the arsonist who tried to destroy all the evidence.

  Rene Ramirez : Your mission is about revenge.

  Emiko Queen : It's about justice, which has always been in short supply in the Glades. William Glenmorgan is my last stop.

  Rene Ramirez : And you need help taking him down.

  Emiko Queen : I need to finish this.

  Rene Ramirez : Let's go get that son of a bitch.

• Dinah Drake : We found this in Felicity's base of operations.

  Rene Ramirez : She's a criminal. Criminals like to blow stuff up.

  Dinah Drake : Felicity's dead, Rene. She was murdered, and we think the person who killed her is behind this plan.

  Rene Ramirez : Like I told Zoe, whatever happens in Star City isn't my problem.

  Dinah Drake : Well, the old Rene would have made it his problem. Do you have any idea how much you've hurt your daughter? She used to idolize you.

  Rene Ramirez : At least as mayor, I'm actually getting things done, not wasting my time running around the city with a hockey masks pretending that it mattered.

  Dinah Drake : It *did* matter! And it still matters.

  [showing him the tattoo on her arm] 

  Dinah Drake : We made a promise, to always keep fighting. To be there for each other no matter what. All of us; you, me, Roy, Diggle, Oliver, and Felicity. We owe her this.

  Rene Ramirez : The next time you come back here, I will have you arrested. And you stay the hell away from my daughter.

  Dinah Drake : [stopping him as he tries to leave]  For Zoe's sake, I do not want to hurt you, but I'm not leaving here without those codes. Last time we fought each other, it didn't end so well for you.

• Adult Zoe Ramirez : Someone's planning an attack on Star City.

  Rene Ramirez : Zoe, please tell me you haven't been talking to Dinah.

  Adult Zoe Ramirez : They're planning to set off multiple bombs, and we need to find out where. I want you to give the SCPD access to the Archer program.

  Rene Ramirez : You want me to use our security system, the very thing that keeps us safe, to help Star City? You're out of your mind.

  Adult Zoe Ramirez : You're the mayor. You have a responsibility...

  Rene Ramirez : Don't you dare talk to me about my responsibility! When the Glades needed help, no one came to our rescue.

  Adult Zoe Ramirez : Dad, if this bomb goes off, thousands of people could die. How could you turn your back on that?

• Rene Ramirez : The Archer program wiped out crime in the Glades and helped it thrive. You do remember what happened when it fell in the wrong hands once. And we barely recovered.

  Adult Zoe Ramirez : Oh, so I'm "the wrong hands"?

  Rene Ramirez : You know that's not what I meant.

  Adult Zoe Ramirez : You know what I know is? Is that you used to stand up for anyone in need. It didn't matter which part of town they were from; you were a hero. What happened to you?

• Emiko Queen : I want to know why.

  Rene Ramirez : You're gonna have to be more specific.

  Emiko Queen : Why do you want to help me?

  Rene Ramirez : Because we're the same.

  Emiko Queen : I doubt that.

  Rene Ramirez : You said your mission is personal. So was mine. I watched as my wife got shot to death by a drug dealer from these streets. And for a long time, all I saw was red. But then I met Oliver Queen and a team, and they helped me channel my anger into a fight for a better life. I just want to pay that forward.

  Emiko Queen : That can't be all.

  Rene Ramirez : Okay. Ever since Oliver went to prison, I've been alone. My friends, my team, they... they moved on. Found another way to be heroes, and I've... been running around the city, helping you. But trust me.

  Emiko Queen : Follow me.

• Emiko Queen : Glenmorgan is holed up at his compound outside Star City. I spotted at least ten bodyguards.

  Rene Ramirez : So the killer's surrounded by even more killers. Great.

• Rene Ramirez : Look, you're doing a lot of good out there, and you obviously care about the Glades. Let me help you.

  Emiko Queen : You have no idea what I care about.

  Rene Ramirez : If Oliver Queen knew anything, it's that you can't save the city alone.

  Emiko Queen : I'm not Oliver Queen.

• Emiko Queen : My father gave this to my mother the last time he saw her. When I was a little kid, we used this quilt to build play forts. We'd play so long that sometimes we'd just fall asleep there. And before we closed our eyes, we would hope for the same thing: that we'd wake up in the morning, go upstairs, and my father would be waiting for us.

  Rene Ramirez : I'm guessing he never was.

  Emiko Queen : Mom and I struggled, but we got by. We had each other, no matter what. But last year, there was a fire in the apartment; the fire department was nowhere to be found, because who gives a damn about some tenement in the Glades? By the time they finally arrived, there were no survivors.

  Rene Ramirez : Your mom was in there.

  Emiko Queen : It wasn't the fire that killed her.

  [pointing to her picture of Glenmorgan] 

  Emiko Queen : He did. She was dead before the fire even started. He put a bullet in her head; a very specific kind of bullet.

  Rene Ramirez : You tracked a bullet?

  [she nods] 

  Rene Ramirez : Why would he kill your mom?

  Emiko Queen : That's what I've been trying to figure out.

• Dinah Drake : [sneaking up on Rene]  You lost your edge.

  Rene Ramirez : What the hell do you want?

  Dinah Drake : I want your access codes to Archer.

  Rene Ramirez : So you have been talking to Zoe. If you've gotten her mixed up in your Canary business...

  Dinah Drake : She's not a kid anymore. And that's not why I'm here.
