  John Diggle : I know that, but you would have absolute oversight and zero accountability. This is the perfect cover for our operation. Lyla, we had to do something to get Diaz to play ball.

  Lyla Michaels : Which you did, by undermining my authority and forcing my hand. And here I thought I was the one in danger of becoming Amanda Waller.
