Some really good cctv videos in this series, some funny and some crazy. However, after a while it starts to get very repetitive and the final season was all prerecorded videos.

As an obnoxious American I probably would be arrested on a daily basis in London because of CCTV. I've never been arrested in the United States. Makes me appreciate how shady the U.S is when it comes to monitoring its citizens. We know they're doing it, but they don't want to show their hand for some reason. Maybe because we're holding onto the idea that we're the land of the free. Even though we have more people incarcerated than the rest of the world combined...
The guys who monitor the CCTV in this show are such nerds. They get off on being Narcs and are busting people for really minor things. However there are some things the CCTV does capture that puts real criminals behind bars. It's incredible the British deal with the eye in the sky on a daily basis. This is some real 1984 stuff. Makes me smile that most of the youth there are still hell raisers even though they know they're being filmed.

A decent TV show to watch, when you're doing something else.
However, the way it smoothly transitions from catching burglars with machetes to teenagers smoking pot is hilarious.
I also wanted to add that Barbara Ashton can suck a ****. Imagine feeling so proud of yourself for catching 3 young girls smoking a joint, or 2 lads sitting on a bench, enjoying the view of a pond, smoking a joint. Really pathetic.
