- One of the female characters you can unlock in the game by progressing in story mode or buying with the game's currency in the lobby has a revealing outfit, with cleavage shown. During gameplay, one of her special moves has her bent down, revealing full on cleavage. This only lasts 1-2 seconds.
- Mild cleavage on some female characters both 2D and 3D.
- One of the paid DLC characters (who is a female character) has mild jiggle physics on her breast. This is very hard to point out however.
- FighterZ can be very NSFW with the mods made for the game.

- Setting off what is known as a Dramatic Finish in the game will set off a intense cutscene. Half of these cutscenes are intense and involve an opposing character being killed on screen. This Dramatic Finishes are different depending on characters used and stages played in.

- One of the female characters falsely assumes that one of the male characters telepathically sees her taking a bath. He then corrects her saying he doesn't.
Violence & Gore
- Fantasy and martial arts action of fast-paced and frenetic. Players punch and kick each other while also using blasts, beams, por balls of energy to defeat opponents. In the last levels the characters have blood stains. In the cutscenes, several characters die disintegrated by burst of light.
