Second toilet related movie this year in Bollywood

Some good veteran actors make it worth a watch. Well made, editing is the weakest link, but just missing something. The nobodies are decent actors. Funny in parts at best. Some sound effects are too cheesy. Plot is typical desi love story with families not getting along for one reason or another. But none of that matters. Just put it on and do some chores while you watch.

extremely talented actors are wasted

Sorry, #MrKabaadi is a sad film. Sad, because Om Puri's wife, Seema, must have gone thru a lot of trouble to complete n release it. Sad, because a bunch of extremely talented actors are wasted, doing inane stuff. Om Puri doesn't have much of a role, he is just the narrator. The main players are Annu Kapoor n Sarika, who are kabaadiwalas, but become rich overnight. The film conveys a message, that is, you should not forget your roots, however tall you may grow. The music is bad. Watch it only to support the effort. Rating 2/5.

Fitting title - Kabaad of deleted scenes and rejected edits.
mrinal-kanti28 September 2020
This movie is just what it says on the tin - a kabaad of deleted scenes and rejected edits from possibly some other movie. Take any scene from the movie and one would be hard pressed to believe that it was picked up from the dustbin of an editing room of some other movie. This kabaad stinks in every department except for the acting of veteran actors, even all of them together couldn't make it worth 90 mins of viewers time.

Strongly avoid, for the sake of preserving the respect due on these veteran actors.
