- A gun battle breaks out between the cocaine shippers and the jihadist group during which Omar gets wounded in the upper chest. As Chris returns with the wounded jihadist leader, this stops the battle and they are allowed to leave in the confusion. In a separate location, a drone strike hits a small group in the desert as they travel.

- In a flashback, we see the drone strike from Chris's point of view. It is quite intense. In the middle of nowhere, an explosion happens and nearly the whole group is wiped out. A crater in the desert is seen. Chris transports a wounded man back to the jihadist city.
