So funny. Lily and her period issue, Haley and her baby issue and Phil doing magic tricks while he was sleeping... Amazing.

Again, people are being harsh on this show, and again I disagree.
I think this episode, like a few in the 10th year have, tackles some themes that have been done before (Jay struggling to step down from work etc) but any episode of this show always has its moments, and if the stories are a little weaker then the performances of the cast can normally carry it.
I thought the Lilly storyline was beautifully done, though I wish the writers would be a bit more consistent in the writing of the character of Alex.
Show me any long running show that's quality hasn't dropped a notch over the course of its. Then you'll see just how consistent 'Modern Family' is.

It's not just Phil who kept falling asleep through this episode. It pains me that this show, once so funny, is now barely able to crack a smile on my face. Some of the acting is atrocious and it feels like the writers have completely lost their way. Such a shame.

Terrible. Just absolutely terrible. It's amazing how every episode pushes an agenda. This one being women's issues etc and yet belittles and ridicules the issues at the same time. This show used to be a nice, funny family show. It's just so awful now, the way it insults its viewers by shamelessly pushing some ridiculous agenda down our throats and not in a subtle way. The actresses playing Lily and Alex are just hard to watch and listen to. So sad. I hate to see such a lovely show go so far downhill.

A few watchable episodes, and then MF reminds us how bad it can be.
When they make Phil stupid, it's super annoying.
And Haley being an absolute moron isn't funny either.
Execution of Lily's storyline was absolutely horrendous.
How bad is it when Claire's storyline is the least annoying ...and she's REALLY annoying.
