A nice journey.

I enjoyed this journey in Québec: so many interesting places and activities.

First of all the Saint-Laurent River: we meet Sébastien Dufour, the captain of a "traversier" who speaks about the navigation on this river. Later we meet Stéphane Maddix Albert who collects algae and eat them and Julie Fournier, an artist who collect the driftwood and make with it lamps and others items.

We discover thh world of the beey in Québec: Véronique Michel produce her own homemade beer, then there are a lot of microbrewers like Paul-Mathieu Nicolai who produce local beers.

Besides Philippe Wouters , a "sommelier en bière" is promoting the drinking of local beers (before thhe restaurant were proud of their wine cellar, but now time are changing): Philippe is training people showing how to combine different types of food and different types of beers).

Québec is a place with huge spaces: in the summer Alain Priem and his daughter Marine Priem fly sea planes and they have plenty of lakes where to land and to spend a good moment.

In autumn Jean-Claude D'Amours is a hunter looking for the moose: with patience he tries to come near, but often the moose escapes.

We meet Virginie Hamel and Sylvain Arbour , two forest rangers who in charge of the protection of the moose.

I enjoyed the zoom about the Gaspésie: we meet Patrick Dubois , a story teller who visit the families: he tells his stories and they give him food and accommodation for the night.

Besides there are many musicians in the Gaspésie: Antoine Gauthier and his friends (Les Chauffeurs à pieds" play in their houses ,but also in the bars of Qébec City.

Finally some words about the Québec French: Xavier Barras of the "Office Québecois de langue française" explains how new words are incorporated the the French spoke in Québec. Louis-Olivier Pelletier , a comedian is promoting the theater in Quebec French.

I enjoyed the encounters of Jérôme with Yves Cossette (taxi-boat on the Saint-Laurent River), with Stéphane Modat , with François Fauck and Philippe Thibault (the mushroom pickers), with Sébastien Cloutier (the hang glider coach), with Jasmine Sevigny (Stéphane 's wife and their children (the apple harvest, the pogo and the poutine) and with Vincent Malouin (the fishing moment, the excursion to the Island Bonaventure): very nice encounters with kind Quebec men and women.
