- The only bloody scene in the movie is the last act.
- A teenager is dragged offscreen and is heard being attacked. He is later found torn into two pieces. His insides are shown as well as lots of blood. Very gory.
- A teenager is attacked and is shown being thrown against a door repeatedly. He is then decapitated offscreen and his headless body walks into the hall. His head is later shown inside a pumpkin, and his headless corpse is shown up close later on.
- A kid is pushed down the stairs and breaks a leg. He is briefly shown at the bottom of the stairs.
- A teenager is grabbed and pulled under a piano. A lot of blood suddenly splatters from under the piano.
- A woman's leg is scratched.
- A young boy is killed. He is heard being attacked and a pool of blood is seen.
- A man is poisoned and begins puking violently before dying due to the poison.
- A skull of a dead person is found buried in the backyard.
- A man gets hurt and there is a bloody cut.

- A woman grabs a knife and chases a child up the stairs. She then begins violently puking as a result of being poisoned and is kicked down the stairs. The fall causes her to accidentally stab herself and die at the bottom of the stairs.
- A woman's hair is pulled back and she is repeatedly beat with a fire poker. She is then thrown in a basement. This is done in self defense.
- A decapitated body of a kid is shown during the killing spree scenes.

- The appearance of the girl in the wall is frightening. She has a demonic face with sharp teeth and crawls around like a spider.
- A boy poisons and kills his parents during dinner.
