A must watch movie
thashnathroopa21 January 2019
Unlike the stereotype Bollywood movie, A thin line offers a perfect food for thought. It makes you think, it makes you analyse, it makes you introspect. The actor Trivikram Mattoo has completely stolen the show. Simply loved it.

FABULOUS FILM...A MUST WATCH
ruchitmalik17 January 2019
Male chauvinism displayed by Rahul Roy takes us back to a world where women where treated as slaves. Movie aptly highlights the need to empower women, and the dire need for communication and equality in relationships. Worth appreciating the way the story tellers have knitted the issues faced by farmers and how the voice of a common man is muzzled by the men in power when confronted.

Great cinematography. Very nice story, it holds you till the end, quite gripping. Fine performances, especially by fresh face Trivikram. I loved the way he played the character to the T with utmost ease. In an age where actors can't resist the temptation of overacting for populist cinema, his calm, composed & subtle performance stands out, more so his booming voice. With the kind of range and fluctuating emotional graph he showed, i can confidently say he is a very malleable actor and ofcourse has way to go.

1 GREEN TEA FOR ME TOO RAHUL ROY :) NICE FILM
sumitgaut22 January 2019
Fantastic film. Rahul Roy one green tea for me too please :) Given the reality that Rahul Roy has passed his prime, it was sensible of him to experiment with a negative role. It was good to see him back in this different avatar. He has done justice to the role, suited him well. Having said that, I have to say as many already have- newcomer trivikram is the one to watch out for, he practically owns this nail biting drama. Go watch the film.

Trivikram is sheer brilliance
priyankasehgal24 January 2019
Watching him in numerous ads over the years I never realised he has got this brilliant baritone! I m in love with his deep voice and the way he effortlessly delivers his dialogues, simply mesmerising or should I say hypnotising. His voice echoes, the viberation in it touches your heart and commands rapt attention. U have a big fan in me Trivikram. Ur demenour reminds me of young Amitabh bacchan...angry young man!!!!! Way to go. God bless u

PLEASE TAKE YOUR BRAINS ALONG!!
samrejr22 January 2019
Do not forget your brains at home!! It's a wonderful film with a lot of depth and hidden messages. Very good music, worth humming. Fine story which could have been better if it could have been narrated a little faster. New boy Mattoo has done a unbelievable job, if used well by the industry, I see him giving many a stars a run for their money!!! Do go and watch if you like intellectual cinema.

Master piece. Amazing direction and camera work
rahulvermahbd22 January 2019
Amazing camera work, tight script, great locations, very nice music . To sum up the rest in few lines-

Rahul Roy- Been a big fan since Aashiqui days, but he is still basking in the same glory. Looks jaded and hammed all along. His dialogue delivery has gone awful. Can't act to save his own life now! I think it's time he retires. Should invest in mutual bonds and sit at home.

Trivikram Mattoo- has a screen presence and a good voice but having seen his commercials before I found him to be totally flat !!! Quite disappointing, what a waste. Director should have extracted more out of him. Was expecting a knocker. He needs to go back to the drawing board.

Akansha Shivhare- just to maintain the symmetry of the review (or else a nobody doesnt deserve any mention). Who is she? Where does she come from? She doesn't fit the bill to be a side kick in a saas bahu serial, why and who took her in this film? If there was any PETA for poor viewers like me I would hve reported her in for cruelty to humans LoL !!!!!!!! What a torture to watch! Let your acting speak not how you fought cancer. Sympathy does not translate into appreciation or work. Do us a favour, start knitting or cooking for a living!!!

Great movie with nice storyline. The story makes you glued to your seats with its suspense and thriller. Nice performances by newcomers. Trivikram Mattoo is a treat to watch, such an intense performance, his eyes speaks, he has lot of potential and given the opportunity, he will make it big!! The actress too is good and expressive in the movie

WATCH OUT. TRIVIKRAM IS BRILLIANT
dwivedivernita21 January 2019
At a time when crass rules class its a beautiful film to watch. A much needed refreshing change from the typical noisy, over the top bollywood crap!!! Soothing music, lovely picturization . Debutant Trivikram steals the thunder hands down, what a surprise package and what a sterling performance! Kudos! Now let's wait & see how fair are the film awards in our country! Do they honour talent and the deserving or do they buckle under pressure of any kind ??? :)

Mind blowing movie
swapnilpathak-4387025 January 2019
Direction se lekar music aur music se lekar performances tak everything is mind blowing. Being from the creative world (advertising, not films) what I fail to grasp is the cryptic reason behind this anonymous, no name character played by Trivikram Mattoo missing from the film poster! He sure is playing a stranger but there is no suspense about him except who is he, where is he from and what does he do..sparing that he is there and visible through out the film! The film opens on him and ends on him, not to miss that he is the catalyst, the fulcrum of the story. Then why wasn't he featured on the poster beats me totally? What purpose does his shadow serve on the poster.. I mean what does it say, show or symbolise? Outlandish creative sense!!!

HORRIBLE HEROINE
shivambagri18 January 2019
Looks like a low budget film! What a disastrous heroine..shakal kam pimples zyada. Her pimples are visible more than her face!! It seems makeup wasn't of any help, she needs plastic surgery!!!!

SUPERB FILM.....MAZA AA GAYA
vidyamalik18 January 2019
Superb film with a great story line. It's a cinematic delight with convincing performances by the new comers. I wish someone taps newbie Trivikram Mattoo's potential. I c a lot of anger and fire in him. I hope the chopra's, johar's and the bhansali's notice his talent and pick him up, if not then I will have to second Kangana Ranaut on the theory of well calibrated malaise of nepotism in the Hindi film industry.
