It's starting to come together...

A great adaptation of one of my favourite episodes from the original anime, and one where Daniella Pineda really shines as Faye.

All credit must surely go to whoever cast Adrienne Barbeau as Momma Murdock. That was an inspired choice, and they couldn't have got any one better.

Four episodes in, and it's coming along nicely, so ignore the hate, and just enjoy the ride... A fun 8/10.

Yet another fun episode

This episode was great, was a nice and fun bounty and we finally got to see a lot of Faye. Her changes weren't my favorite but honestly she's growing on me. Definitely a likeable character and I can't wait to see where thy go with her amnesia. This episode adapted the episode where we originally meet Faye but with a little spin of things. Not too much to say on this one as this more of a introductory episode rather than a story based episode. Once again the visuals and cinematography were spot on and have been a great comment to the show. Overall a great and fun episode.

My most enjoyable episode

After Faye was introduced in the pilot, I've been waiting for her appearance again and this episode delivered.

The diner scene was my favourite. She was funny there and the comedy moments hit it for me.

Great comedy pieces and the action was good too. The plot is predictable but I still love, especially the ship bits.

This was a great episode,
This episode actually a great episode. Adrienne Brabeau was perfectly cast as the eco-terrorist Mother Musdock. I was thoroughly entertained by. Miranda Daughtry and Zane Flemming as two of the. Space Warriors siblings. I was so entranced by Daughtry that I wanted to find out where I saw her before and discovered that sh is a relative newcomer to the screen. I talked to other friends and they looked for her other roles and were surprised by the results. I found the Murdocks hilarious. The music was.well done and that also added to the experience. Sine episode 2, this is my favorite episode so far.

Unwatchable

Weak episode of a weak tv serie, sadly Pinedas acting range are two forced faces over and over again shocked Pineda and smile with teeth gap Pineda. Cho continues to be only real actor on set.

Wow

How do you reduce a witty, femme fatale character like Faye Valentine into an over emotional and immature character. Dare we have characters try and at least be written to act their age. Her screaming balls as her vehicle gets stolen is just not needed. To anyone who says "she was put into cryo as a teen and therefore it shows her acting like one as an adult" is wrong since the character has amnesia and would have no frame of reference outside of what they experienced coming out of cryo.

Let's not mention the writing. Vivian Lee disappoints and shows us exactly how to not write someone with a gun wound in their shoulder; the bare minimum of research could have gone quite far and Vivian let's us know that's far too much labor. Faye certainly wouldn't be able to hold a handgun, fly a ship with both arms, and be bleeding heavily given the calibur of bullet. At least have Faye fight with her fists and then suffer an injury getting her arm sprained, but shot???

What a sad display.
