Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • At the end of the film, Miles is shown bruised with noticable cuts, not too violent.
  • During a pretty intense chase sequence, Miguel catches Miles by choke slamming him in an aggressive manner.
  • A man and a child are nearly crushed but are saved.
  • The Prowler is shown hitting his punching bag in slo-mo and an effect is shown that can easily be mistaken for him punching Miles in the face.

Profanity

  • Spider-punk use his middle finger, but mildly censored by covered the bird and this scene is very quick. Middle finger is used once.
  • Gwen repeatedly says "Shoot" many times which sounds like "S***" when she watches a replay of The Spot finding out that he created a "Mini Collider", some people misunderstand it and thinks she is saying "S***"

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The ending, where it's revealed Miles has been transported to a different dimension and faces Miles G. Morales. Which is an evil version of him, is very intense and shocking.
  • Several versions of Uncle Ben's deaths from different universes (in Animation & Live Action form) are shown, and may be upsetting.
  • A man is drastically transformed and looks very glitchy, all whilst another character has a quick vision of a dark future.
  • The reason why Spider Man 2099 is angry at Miles is because every Spider Man has lost an important character in their universe which affects them and creates who they are. This message does not get through Miles however because he loves his dad and wants to save him despite the ripple he created. It's very sad and shocking to realize.
  • Spot puts an image in Miles' head, showing him a possible future. One frame shows hundreds of dead Spider-People on a cracked ground. However, considering it lasts only one frame, it is extremely hard to spot in normal speed.
  • Miles sees a disturbing visual of his father dying along with the dead bodies of hundreds of Spider-People, causing Miles to have a brief panic attack. The visuals during this scene are very different from the rest of the movie and off-putting, as well as the music.
