I enjoyed it.

NSA Agent Jerry Bernstein arrives at GCHQ, and makes a big impact on his first day.

I didn't fancy this show when it first went out, so with nothing to watch, I thought it was about time, I quite liked this, it had me laughing. It was refreshing to watch a show that wasn't ultra pc, and afraid to have a few laughs, and go to places that would have The BBC hiding behind a mountain.

Sylvester Le Touzel is a cut above as Chris, a wonderful actress, but clearly adept at comedy. David Schwimmer was great I thought, the guy is 53 here, and sizzling.

I've just been watching Seventies comedy Two's company, Elaine Stritch plays an American writer in London, it's all about her cultural clashes with all around her, Schwimmer plays a similar role. He's brash and bawdy, almost an ignorant persons idea of what an American would be like, without having met one.

The scenario is bonkers, but this worked for me. It's easy viewing, nothing taxing here. 7/10.

Episode 1.1

With David Schwimmer as the headline star in this new comedy. You expect Intelligence to have a strong opening episode.

Instead you are left wondering if you are watching a reiteration of The Office, 2012 or The Thick of It.

Created and written by Nick Mohammed. He plays Joseph an inept junior analyst at GCHQ which combats cyber-terrorism. Her small team is managed by Christine (Sylvestra Le Touzel) and the workplace is as dull as dishwater.

There is a scene where Christine's PA is left wondering what exactly GCHQ does when told to get a file hacked.

Enter brash, arrogant braggart and maybe even more inept American liaison Jerry (Schwimmer.)

Jerry immediately acts like he owns the place, Joseph is in awe of him and in the first episode he motivates the staff be exuding positive energy. It works wonders for the photocopier.

There is nothing new here, it is full of two dimensional characters from sitcomland.

The highlight of the first episode. Jerry and Joseph are hunting down the men's bathroom as Jerry desperately needs to pee. He does not have a security pass and Joseph does not know the entry code. It makes you think, does Joseph ever go to the toilet? It might explain the strange smell in the work environment!

Didn't laugh once!

I had never heard of Nick Mohammed (the writer/actor of the show) before and I don't think I ever want to again. I really do like silly comedy and I like David Schwimmer, however I definitely dislike 'Intelligence', because there is none of it in it. The jokes are either trying to be slightly depraved or 99% of the time just flat, neither works. Save your time and watch the weather forecast instead...

Brilliant.

As a Brit, married to an NSA worker, this is the perfect show for us in an evening. Laughed out loud multiple times. I just hate that there are only a small amount of episodes. Hopefully there will be more :)
