Second Chance vs Magnum Force is largely a pitch for the Second Chance brand of body armor, though far more weird and entertaining than your average infomercial. SCvMF rotates between company founder R.C. Davis demonstrating various firearms on cars, meat, wood, and in some cases his bulletproof vest; testimonials from real police officers whose lives were saved by the vest accompanied by recreations of their shootings; and various comedy skits sometimes involving police officers. The result is more variety show than effective sales presentation, with genuinely entertaining firearms antics and ridiculous dad humor that makes you laugh at the jokester more than the jokes, passable action sequences, and dull interview segments that can be safely skimmed past. SCvMF is certainly worth a watch if you can manage to find it, if only to watch a middle-aged man repeatedly attack a bulletproof vest wrapped around a slab of meat with a katana.
