These cops have no thought process. I know it's late in the series but the pacing of the show is so unrealistic. Bad guys always hanging around and the Hawaii crew always catches them in the middle of the crime. Then when they find them they don't arrest them, just shoots them with no warning. Half the time, they kill the lead and no big deal is made of it. They treat them like Seals running around with a police badge and license to kill. This is every episode since season 2-3.

Hawaii is starting to slip. These cops just make rash quick moves with little consequences.
