This is so amazingly edited and filmed that one can't help but realize they must have used semi wild/tame wolves to manage all the sequences..but that does not take away on its value and credibility in the slightest.
On contrary, it only adds more power and depth on delivery of the message and extra dimension of insight on life of the wolf.
