Players can now play music for any ride attraction, other than the Merry-Go-Round that has its own set of music under "Fairground Organ Style". Some can be unlocked only after certain rides or scenery sets are unlocked. The "Horror Style" BGM requires Haunted House and/or Ghost Train as an available ride/attraction, "Jungle Style" requires Jungle Theming Objects to be unlocked, etc. The "Dodgems Beat Style" requires the Dodgems/Bumper Cars ride to be available and was the only BGM to play for that ride in the base game before installing this expansion pack with the ability to play/change music for any ride/attraction.
Out of all the Shops & Stalls in the series overall, the Exotic Sea-Food Stall is considered the worst as it costs $325 to build from the ground up, and the price of its tentacles that they sell starts out at $1.50 with a profit of a measly 40¢, making it the least profitable of any Shop/Stall in the game when in the player's park.
Haunted Harbour is the first scenario in the games with some pre-built rides that can neither be demolished nor have their track layouts modified, indicated by the button with the trash can symbol being disabled. The rides in this particular scenario being preserved from demolition are the "Woodpecker" (Wooden Twister Roller Coaster) and the "Ghost Train" (Ghost Train) rides.
