Bill Hutchinson, who starred on both seasons of Lifetime’s “Marrying Millions,” has been arrested in Texas for sexual assault, TheWrap has confirmed with Highland Park police. He turned himself in on Wednesday and has since been released on bond.
Sexual assault is a second-degree felony.
Hutchinson, who is 63, allegedly sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl, according to the June arrest affidavit, which was obtained by TheWrap. The age of consent in Texas is 17, which means the high school junior would not be considered a minor, for consent purposes, in that state.
The accuser, who was living with Hutchinson, his children and his 23-year-old fiancée, said Hutchinson “would provide alcohol” to minors and allowed them to “smoke marijuana” in his home. She said Hutchinson had touched her breasts and nipples in the past. On this particular occasion, the accuser said she “was intoxicated and fell asleep on the couch.”
