Madman (1981)
This has got to be on the worst movies I have seen in years
What can I say but bad acting, bad fx, bad lighting, bad music, and a really stupid looking killer.
Madman has got to be the worst horror movie I have seen in many years. It borrows from movies that were released in that time period. F13th, TCM, and others.
Only Madman can't do anything new with the old material so it looks like a cheap rip-off.
Hell Night (1981)
Hell Night is one Hell of a movie
What can I say a fully grown Linda Blair. Who wouldn't love this movie.
The movie has been done before and yes done better but it is Linda Blair that makes this horror/slasher movie work.
College kids must stay a night in a haunted house. What starts out as a prank turns into full horror as the legend of the house being haunted by a killer comes true.
Some nice camera work as well as lighting and acting make this an above average horror/slasher flick
Dark Night of the Scarecrow (1981)
Really cool movie
This is one of the top of the line horror/triller revenge movies.
And just think it was made for Television.
Why can't Hollywood get a clue and realize that movies like this and the original Halloween are scary because they use suspense instead of shock and gore.
The Rage: Carrie 2 (1999)
Carrie 2
I guess I am like many others that have posted here. They went in thinking that this movie was going to be terrible, but something stuck out. By no means is this movie a top notch horror movie, nor does it really live up to the original Carrie.
But in its own way it is a good 90's horror thriller.
The revenge plot has been used and over used but it is very effective here.
Carrie White would be proud of her little sis.
