Finally informing us the story!!
3 June 2001
This movie premiered through FOXTEL and my whole family had remembered this tragic event taking place. Now I have a very good memory an I must say with all honesty I cannot remember this!!!

All the actors did a great job especially Marg who delivers great scenes when Patsy is in shock etc. Outlining every little thing in this case in 4 hours was well done although i hope oneday someone will make a hollywood version of the parents doing it or an intruder.

Chilling murder ever since i watched this ive become rather drawn to this case, I cant understand how The police stuffed up so bad. I reccommend this to anyone that enjoys a good story.

Clubbers meet your love
23 April 2001
My friend was telling me about this film saying its similar to GO. Now not being a real clubby myself I must say this wasnt my taste, although some things were very educational. Like all the drugs that are used in the film itself.

Great Party scenes in both the nightclub and house party. But sorry it didnt grab me as a masterpiece.

Hush (1998)
10/10
One of the best thrillers of the 90's
16 April 2001
Hush is a real masterpiece. Three of the finest actors going around star in this and they all play their parts extremly well. Jessica Lange as Martha is the perfect women to play this character she had a good grip of it.

Gweneth plays Helen brilliantly as that innocent but wise new wife. And Jonathen is good as the moddie coddled son.

The location is a perfect 10 out of 10. I fell in love with Kilronin what a beautiful place. Hush builds and builds to a climax, The climax i must admit could be a little better, but maybe the director was thinking a like myself of a possible sequel.

Jessica Lange full marks to you though a great role in a good film of the 90's where it may show what some mothers inlaws are actually like, no offence

Rear Window (1954)
10/10
Brilliant,One of the Best EVER
16 April 2001
Hitchcock one word to describe my feelings for this film "Masterpiece" absolutely excellent movie. I saw this when i was like 8 years old im not the biggest fan of old films, but for Alfred I make and exception.

The perspective of seeing what LB does i like unlike a film in todays era where if they made Rear Window it would be all moving around. The setting is spectacular and due to the small character list it makes it easier to adapt to each and everyones life in their apartments. And the characters names stick in forever.

In closing I believe if a remake is done the following steps must be taken. - Gus Van Sant must not direct. - The theme stays the same - the era stays the same - Gweneth Palthrow plays Lisa - Harrison Ford plays LB

those are the ingredients for a top remake.

Hitchcock Eroma
19 November 2000
Of course when i saw reviews for this film they mention it was bit like hitchcock they were a little suttle in saying that, The film is hitchcock.......everything from the soundtrack to the way the camera angles and characters expressions are panned out. I expected the writer to be like Alfred Hitchcock Jr. or something.

Anyway this film starts off with a beautiful location, and it would seem a loving family......with not giving too much away (just like the film) you never know whats around the corner....everything you think is gonna happen doesnt its completely unorthodox......

Michelle Pfifer was unbelievable......10/10 for her performance and my opinion is she should get a nomination for an oscar....

I hate to see ol Harrison play a bad side, after all who can forget his President Mitchell character. But they both deliver and its makes the film even more explosive having 2 A list actors.

Robert Zemeckis well done, you have not only made a good film but a decently scary movie......first in like a decade. Your methods are brilliant too....

All up a brilliant film and leaves many loose ends your own imagination must tie up.

Beautifull surroundings makes this film a blast
17 June 2000
Jaime Pressly a beautful talented actress portrays an awful character for the first time, she plays it good, but i rather her as the good girl.

Decent sex scenes, Beautiful surroundings and young talented actors is the ingredients this film needed to survive, the plot stunk and so did the ending. So in closing the only thing stopping this film from a total flop was Jaime Pressly.
