The Creeps (1997)
for the love of god noooooooooooooooo
please please please dont see this film its incredibly bad. The acting the set the soundtrack all of it.It's pure crap spend your time righting wrongs, fighting to save the rainforest, drinking alcohol in vast amounts but dont watch this trash. all of the characters in this film annoy the hell out of me and all my friends, especially the leading female who is an ungrateful b*tch. The midgets. Are they ment to be scary or are they just some kind of sick, unfunny joke. How the hell could they catch anybody.
Pulp Fiction (1994)
ahh life is good
Good old Quentin Tarantino has done it again, giving us another great movie with great dialogue,a great soundtrack and a brilliant cast. The story revolves around a number of different characters, including Vincent(John Travolta),Jules(Samuel L Jackson),Butch(Bruce Willis)and Marsellus Wallace(Ving Rhymes). The whole cast is in top form, giving some of the best performances of their careers in my opinion. This film is crammed with some of the best dialogue i've ever heard,In no other film will you hear "bring out the gimp".Hurrrayyyy,Life is good.
Stir of Echoes (1999)
nice work
This is a good film that has a great plot and an enjoyable ending. Kevin Bacon plays Tom Witky,a telephone engineer who is hypnotized by his sister in law at a party, and this opens a door in his mind allowing him to see images of a girl who was said to of run away 6 months earlier. Tom must try to unravel these images and work out what has happened to the girl. Kevin Bacon is a truly great actor and performs well as the ordinary sceptic who starts to decend into madness, and Zachary David Cope is great as Jake Witzky,Toms son who was been a "reciever "for some time. Trust me,see this movie and enjoy the great performances given by the actors who have chosen to work on a film that has a great storyline.
Thick as Thieves (1999)
Great entertainment
I borrowed this film of a friend who said it was one of the best he'd seen in a long time,at first i wasn't sure what it would be like due to the fact i'd never heard anything about it,but after watching it i was amazed that it hadn't come out at the cinema, this was a truly good film. The movie has a great script with some memorable lines,as well as a good jazz soundtrack, but also an excellent cast who give some of the best performances i've seen in a long time. Michael Jai White is awesome as Pointy Williams, the smooth black Ghetto Gangster who's trying to become an upmarket buisnessman. Praises must be given to Reginald Ballard who plays the hard hitting Sugar Bear who seems to be the main muscle in Pointies operation. But the best performance of the film must be given to Andre Braugher who plays Dink,a streetwise gangster who knows the score and is Pointies right hand man,he reminds me of Isiah Washington playing Mac in Romeo Must Die. If you watch this then you are guaranteed a good nights entertainment.
