Gomorrah (2014–2021)

Wow
22 April 2020
It's a very nice show, even though it's violent. It shows the effort of people to survive, to build friendly or erotic relationships even though they are well aware that in this cruel world there is no trust. They try to evolve while ruthless people can kill them at any time. They lose everything, but they start over, they don't back down. Courage, realism, perseverance, pain, ambition, greed, power,, etc. are involved in this series and one more reason why I love it and see it in repetition is the songs, dialect and landscapes of Italy.

Nice scenes bad script
22 April 2020
As an idea, it was good but the script was confusing, many languages combined, many scenes that were unconnected, meaningless demonstration of wealth and excessive erotic details that made it more video on a known website than a movie.

*The reason why i gave 5 stars is the italian language and the beautiful landscapes, otherwise i would evaluate it by putting 3*

Horrible
10 October 2019
Warning: Spoilers
It seemed interesting at first but eventually it was a waste of time. It lasted 1 hour and 41 minutes and it was full of gibberish and reruns.

The same people are trapped in the field and die over and over again (with different way of course). They shout and run to reach a monster man who is obsessed with a rock that is in the middle of nowhere and offers redemption from sins (the reason it was considered sacred this rock is not clearly stated)...

Until they manage to kill him, replace him and start the story from the beginning with the little boy suddenly appearing and warning the two brothers about the paranormal activity of the field.

Wtf....

Good

Warning: Spoilers
I think season 1 was better.. probably i miss Mark Strong. Season 2 is simply good, shows the importance of the truth. Exposes the lies and the fake intentions. The greed of powerful people and their plan to gain more money creating a chaos. They don't care how many people are gonna die, they only want the profit.

But war is bad thing, ruining lives is wretchedness.

Is simply a good spy serie with nice actors and well written script with some serious messages.

Awful but...

Ed Westwick is so good even if this movie sucks. I see some good emotional part between pilot and flight attendant. It's cliche but remains cute, the rest was dramatic scifi, fake effects, nonsence scenes and zero fear. I'm sorry!

Enjoyable

Something between psycho-comedy and crime.. Sandra Oh is definitely good at her role even if she seems confused in some episodes. The murderer's face looks innocent and cute but her mind is the opposite, dark and unapproachable. Nice script and well staged.

Great start, poor ending!

Warning: Spoilers
First seasons are interesting even if Brody's wife and daughter acts like drama queens. The continue is pleasant except few episodes that Carrie lose her mind completely. In my opinion the scriptwriters present her in a wrong way, especially when they use Saul against her. She already lives difficult situations due to bipolar disorder, she doesn't need more reasons to get mad. However those details are small in front of mistakes on last seasons. Why a simple deal converted into massacre? And how one horrible journalist creates a chaos? Why Peter Quinn dies and all scenes before and after his death seemed unrealistic? I guess i'll never get an answer but i have to mention how disappointed i am with the final season. The main subject is Russian involvement, their secret agent (repeated, we remember Alison Carr), a kidnapping (cliché) and how diplomatic skills of usa goverment employee's release Carrie, exchange her with convicts (same tactics as Saul kidnapping). Boring!

Passion, love and hate

Warning: Spoilers
Chuck and Blair are the most weird and lovely couple simultaneously. Serena is undecided, dramatic, diva who wants all lights on her even if she looks like wanna avoid them. Dan Humphrey has the victim role but he is the only responsible for the catastrophic rumors. His sister has also inferiority complex and trying to imitate the rich girls lifestyle. Nate is simply barbie's boyfriend and Vanessa is beautiful but her character is problematic in the end. The story didn't saying much but the evil and the good face of main characters made the episodes enough juicy to win an "eight" in imbd review.

Why?
9 April 2019
I'm not a fan of those series/movies but i admit this one is masterpiece. The main actor (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) was incredible, mysterious man and unexpectedly sentimental. The whole cast was good but the script wants some amendments. The biggest problem is season 2 not exist. I don't know why producers determined to finished that too soon but it was a huge mistake.

Lovely

I love the professor's references to Greek music and history, the script is excellent. It's funny and serious, clever and few times emotional... The dialogues between Moscow and Tokyo was truly intelligent but Berlin stole the impressions. The whole cast was fine except Arturito and Alison (they are annoying). All episodes are interesting, full of action and doses of mystery. I'm waiting season 3, i believe it's going to be as good as previous.

Addictive

Warning: Spoilers
I never get tired of that serie, it kept me in agony from the first episode to the last. The actors are incredibly talented, especially Michael Scofield. I felt so sad when season 4 ended but the announcement of season 5 few years later it gave me hope. I wasn't expect to see Michael alive and sympathize the bad guy (t-bag). Actually the harmless husband of Sarah was truly paranoid. Who'd have thunk it, huh? The script has many twists and that's the reason why prison break deserve to be watched.

I agree, Elizabeth Keen and Tom playing so bad. The whole cast looks ridiculous because of them, but Reddington is incredible in every scene even says something funny or says something with deep meaning (sorry for my bad english)
