Since this is based on a true story (podcast) I suppose that people who have been hurt in the past can be somewhat gullible or naive trying to make a relationship work. Even though most of Deb's friends and family saw right through this guy, she was giving it everything not to be a 5 time loser. I binged this series in 1 day and it kept my interest throughout.

This film was certainly not as bad as some of the other reviews indicated. While not taking everything so seriously, the movie absolutely kept my interest, and there were some truly tense moments throughout the film. Definitely not boring at all, and the acting was excellent.
