While the host clearly has good intentions, the keys outlined to longevity and health in this series a simply not applicable to roughly half the world.

First of all, you have to live near the equatorial line, due to the warmer (milder) climate, so you can be outdoors, get sun and enjoy the benefits or a longer season to grow food. Already here many of us are screwed, myself unfortunately living up north.

Secondly, you have to not live in a big city, in fact you will have to live in the countryside .. AND have a garden. Even more of us are screwed here, unless we magically find income there...

...this was an amazing experience to witness in the cinema.

Besides these Villeneuve-directed Dune films, when it comes to sci-fi I've only ever liked the original Star Wars, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and the Blade Runner films - the ladder also directed by Villeneuve.

What makes Dune (and especially this sequel) stand out from those other sci-fi classics is that these Dune films have so much more 'edge'.

It's like the story, the sound and the visuals (oh my, the visuals!) just hits you and cuts through you with their force of impact ...and it feels amazing.

Did I like part one of Dune? Yes!

Did I like part two of Dune even more? Yes!

Am I beyond excited for part three of Dune? Yes!!!

So from a guy who has only liked about 5 sci-fi films before these, I wholeheartedly recommend these incredible films for those who might think they look a bit too much sci-fi.

If you love sci-fi I feel like these films may go down as being considered the best ever - undoubtedly mentioned in those lines by sci-fi geeks (endearingly meant) for the rest of time.

Preface: I have watched very few black-and-white films and even fewer regarded as old classics - or the kinds of films recommended by the oft-pretentious film 'snobs'.

Still, I did have high expectations for this particular film, no other movie have I again and again encountered in references as the greatest of all time.

The narrative style of jumping back and forth in time from the past to the present have never been more well executed than in this film, I can only imagine how groundbreaking an experience it must've been for moviegoers and Hollywood people alike, back in the day.

The acting is superb, not surprising, Orson Welles is phenomenal in all things acting, so with him directing (+writing, producing, acting) it goes without saying that he would cast good actors.

The cinematography and symbolism in this movie may be the best I have seen, at least in the way it is combined - for example by cinematography alone I would always pick Wes Anderson as my favourite - but the way the scenes in Citizen Kane were filled with symbolism was like a feast for the eyes while the story was playing out.

--- Spoiler-free --- The ending and final message which I interpreted as to how a man who can, and has, practically bought the entire world, still could not find happiness as all the castles, buildings, great works of art don't matter in the end - because they were not bought or given with love.

...with the final shot is just absolutely brilliant.

If you're anything like me and sometimes appreciate a respite from the noisy and visually noisy movies of today, give this one a try, what a timeless story and what a perfect way to tell it.

While there's some bad actors cast (looking at you Reva and Roken) and glaring plotholes in the last two episode especially, I found this series to be a joy and thrill as a Star Wars fan.

Seeing Ewan McGregor channel more of Alec Guiness' portrayal of the older Kenobi was very nice.

Some amazing scenes with Kenobi and Vader and generally just nice visuals with the Star Wars aesthetic seen throughout the galaxy.

Are you a die-hard supernerd Star Wars fan obsessed with the lore? Then you'll probably find too many flaws for your liking.

Are you just a Star Wars fan who enjoys the adventures throughout the galaxy? Then you'll like this!

I didn't know what to expect about making comedy alone ones house, but man was this so much more than "just" comedy.

The incredible - and quite frankly unfathomable - talent when it comes to humour, music, songwriting and cinematography that Bo Burnham possess was showcased more than ever before.

His other work have always been thought-provoking, funny and personal but "Inside" took it to another level, unlike anything I've seen before.

This is the undoubtedly the best work of Bo Burnham and I can't wait to see what he comes up with next!

All the 1-star reviewers on this site seem a bit uneducated/ignorant to be honest, because the documentary presents ACTUAL FACTS about the blatant propagandism and corruption within the health organizations of the US as well as their bribery - sorry - sponsor money from the meat and dairy industries who have successfully imposed laws to imprison any whistleblowers or footage from the horrific conditions in which their livestock exist.

Then theres the ACTUAL SCIENTIFIC FACTS concerning nutrition and the lifesaving results that people have achieved!

The trillion dollar industries of medicine, dairy and meat do not want the information presented in this documentary out there, which is exactly why you should see this documentary.

I expected or was hoping that this film would be a somewhat funny comedy, but I did not expect the film to be GREAT!

This film has some of the funniest lines and character interactions I've seen in a long time.

I am not the typical viewer of what I would deem cheap americanized comedies - but this film is no such thing - in my opinion this is a great comedy film with a bit of a melancholic, but at the same time, beautiful twist in the end.

..and it is inspired by an actual real group of adult men who has been playing tag for 23 years!

I, a 24 year old male, laughed and smiled throughout the entirety of this gem of a film. The film compared to others from Studio Ghibli is a rather simple one but just as enjoyable. Both children and adults will laugh along and find themselves overcome with wholesomeness :-)

This series is so good, the casting, acting, music and the storytelling in general is so engaging.

For once there is a series with no silly or unnecessary "side-plots", these 10 episodes are packed with quality and there are no dull moments - I was entertained for every second.

If you don't know about the Getty family and the events in this series, I recommend that you do not read up on them until AFTER you've watched all 10 episodes. You're in for a ride!

While in itself, Sicario: Day of the Soldado is not a bad film - in fact it's a pretty solid action-thriller. However, had it been a stand-alone film it would be alright.

But since it is bearing the Sicario name - and officialy labeled a sequel - one has to compare it somewhat to the first film, which was pretty much flawless.

Making a sequel and replacing the original director and cinematographer was the biggest mistake you could make.

When you take away the the directing of Villeneuve and the cinematography of Deakins - the very strengths of the first film (along with the music score of course) - you no longer have the same magic of the first Sicario film.

As a result, this sequel sadly falls under the generic Hollywood-action-thriller category - with bad dialogue, plot holes, a mess of a story at times and two poorly written (and acted) supporting characters.

In contrast, Villeneuve's Sicario is close to perfect - so if you're a fan of the original, this sequel is not worth a watch.

Initially discouraged by the lacklustre 6.7 user rating here on IMDb, I - being an admirer of Robert Redford's career - decided to give this film a watch anyways and this is quite simply just a really nice film.

Perhaps with a title such as "The Old Man & the Gun" some of the detractors were hoping it would be a more action-filled movie with some shootouts and a few explosions here and there. There's not.

It is however an upbeat (not the corny kind of upbeat), beautifully shot film with no need for special effects or gunfights, as the story of real-life bank robber Forrest Tucker (played by Redford) is very interesting one, and told well in this film. It's a classic Redford performance and the chemistry with Sissy Spacek is absolutely there.

I certainly disagree with the user rating this time (it is usually the critics that get it wrong in my view), Robert Redford had a nice sendoff with this one.

This is essentially the perfect film as it does everything - storytelling, visuals, sound, editing, acting etc. - to perfection.

"Parasite" belongs in the discussion of the greatest films of all-time in my opinion and everyone who appreciates a good film should certainly watch this one.
