Samurai Chanpurû (2004)
An enjoyable anime!!
Samurai champloo was an amazing anime, an action-packed anime that explore a setting during the edo era, with hip-hop themes, plus it's a samurai anime what more do I need to say? All the characters were interesting and engaging this anime is pretty straight forward and unique.
It absolutely lovely, would recommend! :)
Nana (2006)
Was such a good beginning, but went downhill:(
Nana was so great! in the first couple of episodes, but once we see her boyfriend cheat on her it just goes down hill from there. It feels like nothing progress from there, it just ends up being a crappy romance, that ends up leaving you upset and frustrated, the ending of Nana was probably one of the worst endings in anime period. I hate how it ends up leaving you unsatisfied. I came for the beginning but couldn't handle watching another episode. I genuinely enjoyed nana but the ending just absolutely destroyed it for me, and that is something I can't ignore. :(((
Paradise Kiss (2005)
Beautiful!!! With some flaws
Regardless of the broken romance in the end which I feel like is recurring theme in many of Yazawa's works, Paradise kiss was beautiful, and is one of my favorite Adult Romance anime of all time, because compared to Nana, the end wasn't utterly destroyed and might've still been a little tragic but at least it's not as melancholic as Nana. It was a very passionate romance and continued to be so...

Houseki no Kuni (2017)
This Anime was Wonderful! Something Refreshing!!
This show is grappling in its animation as well as in its story... it is one of its kind and IS NOT your basic anime, its lovely and more people should watch it. Some might get turned off because of the 3D animation but believe me it's 1000% worth it.
The premise surrounds a world were the beings that exists are made out special gems, each gem is unique and each gem acquires special powers. Our main character is the the youngest of all sisters, she has yet to develop and is quite the sensitive gem, but one thing causes another and she loses her arms and legs driving her to use other gem material in her body, and since this material is stronger it in turn causes her to develop strength and courage, something she did not have before. She turns out to be a strong female, and joins the battlefield against their enemies.
This anime was wonderful from beginning to end, its something different to enjoy from anime.
Death Parade (2015)
Moved me to tears!!!
This anime is amazing in every way, music, plot, characters... just everything.
When someone dies they are brought to a bar, forgetting how they died and why. They arrived and are asked to play a game, which is also a battle to the death. The deceased are brought there to be tested, to test their sanity and composure. This test is to to see who qualifies to go to "heaven" or "hell". And the bartender, is the person that is testing the deceased, and has the judicious duty of guiding the deceased to "heaven" or "hell". But one person arrives with all their memory intact, leaving him stumped because now he can no longer decide her fate correctly, when the deceased lose their memory it reveals their true colors, however she arrived with all her memories. Why? begs the question and Where will her soul go?
This show brought me to tears, it was such a heartfelt show, talking about suicide and homicide which can be unsettling but it also raises awareness. Every aspect of this show was executed so well and the Music, the opening song is still one of the best anime openings of all time. I guess you can say this series is life changing... and I hope more people can enjoy this series as much as I do.
Psycho-Pass (2012)
Nothing short of Masterpiece!
This show is for anyone that enjoys watching female lead characters develop confidence and stronger power throughout the show, leaving you pleasantly surprised at the end. This is one of those shows that I've watched and still remember everything about it, there is no nonsense in this show and everything is presented phenomenally. I enjoyed this show particularly because of the main lead and how she changes her attitude and outlook, the fact alone that this anime created a strong female lead is amazing but they also executed it, just wonderfully. I highly recommend this series, please watch its great!
Akame ga Kill! (2014)
Why is this show popular??Really, Why?(Rant)
This anime is actually one of the worst anime's I've laid my eyes on, it's despicable, really. So let's start with the main character, don't let his outside appearance fool you, his constitution as well as his personality is very basic and just stupid, one of the reason I hate this show, with a burning passion is because of the unnecessary plot twist and how the show adds comedic effect at the end of a really depressing scene, it really makes no sense. Then there's the romance... it's really bad, no positive things to say about it. The antagonist actually falls in love with the protagonist, very odd right? But it gets worse... the protagonist ends up dying with multiple love interest to which he ends up forgetting about them in the end, anyway. And actually dies with the supposed main love interest who is actually the main villain... Do I need to say more? So needless to say the romance aspect of this show is just terrible, but then there's the plot, the characters, world building... they're all executed terribly. Oh! did I mention how all the the characters in the show die, from beginning to end they are treated like pawns in a chess game, no actually pawns would be killed for a logical, and strategical reason, and this show kills off the characters for no apparent reason. like about the only character who survives is the leader of the group and she was the weakest one with her puny little arm machine or whatever it was, I can't be bothered, honestly. And the whole time I was watching every character get killed off, I thought to myself "nah.. there's probably gonna be an Arc in the show were they all come back to life... right?" I seriously don't get it, and if this show is trying to set a gothic tone, then they've executed it so badly it's not worth even batting an eyelash for. Please do yourselves a favor and just avoid this godforsaken show. Geez.
