This music video shows a feminine duality. In the video, LDR and her friends go about the stereotypical female roles from the 50´s (I guess); However they have the ability to transform into a whole new personality, wild and free, like a wolf (taking as reference the book "Women who run with wolves, from Clarissa Pinkolas Estes), as well as a reference to Lana's zodiac signs juxtaposition, which is mentioned in the lyrics. The wolves are a symbol of freedom and "recklessness" so lana could be unleashing the side of femenity ppl is afraid of, the kind of women who are shamed because of their non conformity. It is about being free and loathing for freedom, the freedom which can be found while driving on the open road her red racing car, and then swallowed by a tornado, which suddenly makes her change into a complete reality, where she's finally free. She and her friends around the burning read car could be a "Fk u, we did it"; anyways, at the end of the day, they all go back to bed. This video shows the power of how easy it is (or should be, or expected) for women to let all their traditional ties and go back to normal.
