One of the movies ever made...
27 December 2023
This is a disaster from start to the very end.

I truly feel sorry for people who had hope that this is going to be good. For me personally? I see "Zack Snyder Movie", I already know this is going to be train wreck... and this one is in slow motion.

Because somewhere half of the movie is a slow motion, in the places where there shouldn't be any slow motion.

Acting, Direction, CGI, Dialogues, Story, Universe - Everything is terrible.

Characters act like total morons, going out in the open and yelling that they are searching for rebles - despite few seconds before that saying they shouldn't talk too loud cause they can get noticed...

Crew members, just join our 2 protagonists because they join. We know nothing about anyone.

To be fair, we get to know one line of history from their past when there is big exposition dump by the main baddie in the last 10 minutes of the movie.

CGI is horrid, it's so blurry and cheap, some shots look like they were pulled straight from 90s video game cutscenes.

Dialogues in this movie are written probably by AI, because normal people don't talk like this.

And every time characters talk with each other in the movie they have to speak SLOWLY and take huge pauses between sentences, because ZACK SNYDER thinks the viewers are (REDACTED).

I had to watch this atrocity with breaks. Because I couldn't sit through it. Glad it wasn't a theater movie because I'd probably leave.

Nick Fury is a Joke but Samuel is a Winner
26 July 2023
This is one of the worst made and poorly written shows I have seen this year.

The whole budget went probably to pay Samuel L Jackson his salary, because every piece of CGI looks like crap and some action scenes are shot in a void (like road scene in the middle of nowhere).

Nick Fury is a pathetic shell of his former self, but this show tries to tell us he was always pathetic and everything he did, he actually didn't do it, the skrulls did.

Some scenes in this show straight up don't make sense, there are scenes presented to us, to trick us, but that is their solely purpose, therefore these scenes make no sense after the reveal happens. And I can't write it without the spoilers - unfortunately.

But I can compare it to something - If the main protagonist has broken arm, and he is alone showing how he is in pain cause his arm is broken, but after that we have a reveal that this arm was never broken... why was he in pain when he was alone in the room? Only to fake us, therefore there is a plothole in the script - something that makes no sense.

But disney doesn't want their viewers to think and analyze... just consume.

Possibly the dumbest show I've ever seen...
22 July 2023
Finished entire first season.

Also - yes, I did watch all TWD episodes.

If not for Jeffrey Dean Morgan's performance in Dead City, I wouldn't have finished it.

The enitre show is filled with the dumbest decisions possible, made by characters.

Maggie decides to throw away the rifle instead of taking it in the city full of zombies.

They decide to rest on corpses in the sewers, etc.

Of course, we can't forget that this is "the coincidence show". Everything just happens out of pure coincidence or luck.

Things just happen, because creators want them to happen, but haven't slightest idea how to achieve them naturally so the best solution is just "bam it happens"... This show also is really hooked on making you hate Maggie as much as possible. I have a feeling that this started happening, with creators wanting to make you hate her, after Glen's death in TWD, but here they amped it up ten times more.

She is just pretencious, and unlikable the ENTIRE time.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum (2023 Video Game)

This isn't a game, it's a torture device...
31 May 2023
This thing, shouldn't be called a game.

It was designed by Germans as a torture device to inflict pain on the user.

What were they thinking when they decided to release it in it's current state?!

They just shipped the unfinished product. Gollum gets stuck, dies because he touched the wrong box, enemies try to shoot you shooting the ground and if they don't have crossbows they just stand and look at walls.

Sometimes your screen may start shaking so you have to force yourself to get through it blindly, not seeing anything on screen.

Devs should be ashamed of themselves, they not only wasted such a licence... they also disrespecterd The Lord of the Rings and Tolkien... or maybe how they called it in their apology - "The Lord of Ring".

It's hard to rate
26 May 2023
I went to see this movie with the attitude that it's gonna be the worst Disney Live Action movie.

As I was watching it, I noticed that I don't hate it, but there is also a lot of things that don't work.

Sebasitan and. Flounder look hideous, I have no idea what they were thinking. Straight up CGI fish and crab.

Songs are bad. Halle Bailey has great voice, and can sing, but other than that, the songs are terrible. A lot of times actors singing go out of tune or lose rythm mostly because the line doesn't really fit the music.

Scuttlebutt song made my ears bleed, I also wanted to scratch my eyes out and this scene just wouldn't end.

Visuals are good, but everything is washed out and dark that you can't really appreciate the CGI which is surprisingly good for an disney movie.

Some things are taken straight from the original and some are changed to make more sense because they wanted this movie to have more diverse cast, and at least these changes are made to make it fit.

But still it's not as good as the original, some new things added don't recompensate the things that were cut out.

Had like 4 laughs, but nothing to write home about.

Could've been better.

Stupidity Overload
19 May 2023
I never thought that as a fan of the franchise, that even survived and finished the F&F Crossroads video game, I will walk out of the cinema so lifeless and disappointed.

Yes, I know that these movies are supposed to be over the top. But previous movies at least had a good writing behind it, and most effects were practical.

Here?! CGI everything, even some parts of the buildings are CGI, you can see stretched out low quality texture when Dom stands and looks at Rome from above.

The CGI in some parts made me want to scratch my eyes out - like the scene where Dom rides down the stairs in Rome.

I thought F9 was the limit, but no... This franchise just keeps going down and down, and despite the fact that this movie was better than F9... It's dumber than F9.

I hope that F11 is going to be the last, because Paul Walker, deserved better than this.

I loved the show, up until now...
19 May 2023
I loved this show so much, binge watching the whole seasons, because I was really into it.

I am not fragile, like some. I like when the show, movie, book etc. Portrays some of the things that I don't agree with or even goes against my values. After all I am watching someone else's creation and not my own, it's obvious that I won't agree with everything.

But this episode broke the show. I even consider not watching further.

Ideological push is strong with this one. The entire episode is just blaming "white people" for everything, and when it takes a break from "white people", it's men's fault.

Even if you withstand the politics. This episode breaks several of the characters in the show, showing us that the writer of this episode (Sam Chanse - her first episode as writer) doesn't know anything about these characters.

  • Lim was easily my favorite character, and has been butchered completely in this episode.

  • Claire has been broken completely too - reducing her completely to her race, ignoring whole growth she underwent past 3 seasons.

  • Dr Glassman, lets his employees call him "white man" and reducing him to this, completely ignoring that he just survived cancer.

  • Shaun - surprisingly now Shaun is interested in other women, where show built him as a most loyal person.

Oh... yes. And they said "Latinx" at the end of the episode... I'm making sure you go in prepared... You're welcome, I got you!

I don't get the hate, But it's NOT a Masterpiece
18 February 2023
Sure the movie isn't a masterpiece, and all of the MCU movies have plot-holes. I would even say that one of most beloved movies like Endgame has daring plot-holes.

So my assumption is that people are just tired of this formula of the movies, and if marvel won't change something, Phase Six is going to be their last phase (six cause they planned everything up to six for now).

Some plot points are just explained as "oh i guess that just happened".

Kang's motivation... There isn't really any motivation, we know there is something but they said nothing about it in this movie.

Whole movie is one big CGI fest and, everything except the actors is CGI.

MODOK looks like crap, but fortunately enough he isn't unmasked in the movie a lot. Mostly you will see him in the mask so that helps, they should just left him in the mask whole time.

But looking at it as a big Only CGI movie, it looks ok, of course there is going to be some instances where it will look iffy.

Oh end the credit scenes. First one is bad, I thought they will show it in much more serious way, but it looks bad.

Second scene... If you liked Loki Show, you will be happy to see that.

Well, I am actually surprised
3 September 2021
Okay. Rating above reflects how I personally enjoyed this movie. There are some weird choices and feminist messaging is sometimes too heavy handed. But overall, this movie is actually enjoyable.

Sometimes I had a feeling that everyone in this movie is an idiot. It's really stupid comedy movie with really good musical performances and dancing choreography.

James Corden is in this movie so that's always a con for a movie. But good side of things is that he is present for couple of scenes only.

Really huge problem of this movie is "messaging". You are watching really dumb comedy movie, and all of a sudden SLAM - women deserve better - and then we are back to watching stupid comedy movie. That happens a lot in this movie.

And of course if you always wanted to see Pierce Brosnan being an ... well, an idiot on the screen. Here is your chance.

Oh and I'd almost forgot. Yes you are right James Corden scenes are not funny.

Zack, it's time to stop...
21 June 2021
Uninteresting characters, plotholes and weird direction choices. This is what "Army of the dead" is.

Zack showed us time and time again, that if he wants to create good movie, he is totally capable of it. Here I get huge feeling, he didn't.

Relations between characters are blunt and irrelevant. That showes you, that Zack shouldn't write dialogs. Every scene with main character (whose name I still don't remember) with his daughter is so boring, that you are tempted to skip the scene.

Everyone in the movie agrees to go to zombie filled town to steal some cash, cause... you know... its... normal? It's really off puting when everybody is on board just to skip this sequence of the movie (it's not a spoiler, this is like 5-10 minutes of the movie).

Some things blow that shouldn't blow. Characters forget what they were going to do, they go 180 and do something completely different, just for the movie to end quicker. Zack even bends time in one sequence of the movie, and I can't say anything else. It's laughable.

Blurry CGI, weird shots, dumb plot, and blunt characters. The only thing that makes me go 4/10 and not 1 or 2, are three action scenes, music by Junkie XL, and ending of the movie which I won't spoil. Zack... it's time to stop.
