Good Luck Jerry (2022)
calling uttar pradeshi accent (awadh region) bihari accent
Films have a habit of using uttar pradeshi accent (awadh region) and giving it to uttrakhandi, madya pradesh, bihar, and saying its there accent.

Koffee with Karan: Alia-Ranveer (2022)
Punjabi nepotism show of Hindi film industry
Punjabi nepotism show of Hindi film industry, hosted by a product of punjabi nepotism and guest usually are also of punjabi nepotism, complete cut of punjabi mainly but also other non hindi influence is required from Hindi film industry forever.
Pawankhind (2022)
Marathas as North Indian fair face look? but why?
Why marathis are obssessed with showing themselves as fair north indians, are they decendants of dravidians whose language got extremely sanskritized, i mean i have seen this a lot now even in hindi movies which shows maratha empire, even showing shivaji as very fair as north indians
this obssession needs to be stopped they dont have to rely on fake facts about glorious maratha empire
also im still waiting for stories about maratha empire battles with other native empires like rajputs but that will not happen we all know.
K.G.F: Chapter 1 (2018)
K. G. BAD.
Bad editing especially in action scenes, bad over the top south indian style action and acting, complicated plot, cringe hero worship and very fast paced screen play, the main character is a copy of bambaiya loveable tapori protagonist from old bollywood movies
the basic concept is interesting and had so much potential
and im seeing that indians have a herd mentality, and not very high standard for movies.
RRR (Rise Roar Revolt) (2022)
Problems with Indian movies using Uttar Pradesh culture like this one
I was a little disappointed with the song Etthara Jenda. Because they want Hindi version to be hit, they are using imagery of Ram, but didn't showed any freedom fighter from the land of this language and the religious personality, Uttar Pradesh. They could've used an examples like Mangal Pandey, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Jawahar lal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri etc.
The whole subcontinet has the influence of the culture, language, religion, classical performing arts of Uttar Pradesh but since the region is not rich and powerful currently everybody dont care about it but uses its cultural and historical exports for there use
Another director who uses the religious symbolism especially Ram and Krishna, classical performing art like kathak and hindustani music, but use them to promote other cultures and regions in india is Sanjay Leela Bhansali like in his movies about marathi, gujrati, rajasthani
One more thing, there is a Punjabi Raj (actors, directors, producers) which is in hindi film industry which promote Punjabi language, people, songs, culture like water in Hindi movies, mainly for the last decade
even if the movie is about Uttar Pradesh like latest example Bacchan Pandey they have so many Punjabi songs for no reason
this Telugu film is no different they also dont care about the hindi version but uses its language, ram, and culture but not givng tribute to any freedom fighters like Mangal Pandey, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Jawahar lal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri, they confirm my theory.
Looop Lapeta (2022)
interesting could be more engaging and entertaining
I have no problem with highly stylished movies, last such stuff i watched was from 4th episode of ray
and i personally believe making an engaging and entertaining film and film with re-watchability factor has nothing to do with a "good" or "bad" film and it has nothing to do what kind and genre of film it is whether its arthouse, commercial, experimental or any other type of film,
for me i can watch any of these films and many times, whether its dangal, pk, happy new year, baahubali, lunchbox, chennai express, swades, gangs of wasseypur, ddlj
and i liked this movie also but i cant pin point why it was less engaging and entertaining, i think my most fav section were from those robber brothers
anyways want more stuff from this filmmaker but little more engaging and entertaining with more re-watchability factor.
The Great Indian Murder (2022)
was not able to even finished it, liked it till epi 2 and during 5th one i couldnt handle it
After the 2nd episode they started showing characters who are not setup at all and there story also was very stretched and didnt had much meat on them.
I think it has potential with this non linear story telling but it just didnt worked, i didnt care enough for the people who were not part of the main first storyline because they were not setup properly and also those characters like the andaman guy and that chor didnt had very interesting and engaging story and was very stretched.
The reason to learn about there story was not enough i mean we only jump to there story because they were found in the party having weapons thats not enough reasoning to directly make them the centre of the show
yes we could have shown the story of people who were important after the murder and who were first setup somewhat.
Rocket Boys (2022)
Very very good show, Strength: Main storyline, awesome acting especially by Jim Sarbh and some others. Read full for weaknesses.
India now has another really good show. Unfortunately i know little to none about these people so of course i dont know how much is fictionalized and exaggerated. Im very skeptical about many events about the main characters which seems fictionalized but what do i know.
The 2 main things about the show is its writing (plot, screenplay, dialogues) and performances, and cinematography
I particularly really like Jim Sarbh, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Rajit Kapoor's performances i really liked watching them
Now the thing i didnt care about was the romance part especially the romance between Viram and Mrinalini because it was very cliched and nothing new, the romance between Homi and Parvana was little better because i was able to watch Jim act.
I also didn't enjoyed much about the mill worker storyline, I understand they had to include it because it was based on facts but I'm just writing what i felt
One more very bad thing was that we didnt see any work being done for rocket building by Viram and Kalam if i recall, i guess there was this fast forward to the part where they are setting up for there launch in the village which was another bad thing because we were spending so less time on viram doing his work, anyways, but still i dont know why i was fully invested in the part where the day is shown where they had to launch the rocket maybe because of the performances of Ishwak Singh.
Last thing which i thought could be better is the spy storyline in which the indian bad spy guy has become little cliched too
Now i think the main meat and potato was the main storyline of Viram Sarabhai and Homi Bhabha but to be really honest i was more interested in Homi bhabha's character and storyline in later parts of the whole show, and the awesome performances, cinematography, directing, writing.
Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein (2022)
very bollywood style show, not much gruesome violence, some plot points are unconvincing, and thriller element could be better too, 7 is a good rating for it
(6.5/10):
very bollywood style show, doesnt have any nude or sex, not even a proper kiss is shown but still netflix warns you about it
idk why but anyways.
My only main complaint are these, one being no gruesome violence is shown even tho it is implied, which is a huge downer, u can not show nudity or sex but gruesome violence had to be there like mirzapur.
Many plot points are unconvincing and over the top unconvincing i understand its an entertainment commercial show but it is its job to make a believe and that didnt happened, and because of this reason it made me feel like a low quality show infact it made me feel like its an korean tv show and thats not a compliment.
The best part of the show was the UP style dialogues especially from Golden, not looking forward for second season.
Aalas Motaapa Ghabraahat (2021)
so bad
Im so disappointed with karunesh because he is a very good comic but this standup sucks.
