Awful acting!!! Predictable storyline!!! Terrible camera work!!! All in all, totally pathetic! :(
Should imagine the book is OK, but this TV adaption was truly awful. The weak and predictable storyline could be forgiven as light entertainment, but the acting was so, so bad that it made this program nosedive a million mph!!!!! Not one of them could act, especially the leading characters of "Gemma" and "Esther" who were so bad, I was cringing throughout and wishing they'd stop being so stiff and wooden! And Zack, could they not have chosen someone who at least has a little good looks? Casting a middle aged ugly guy with yellow eyebrows and eyelashes as someone who can manipulate girls and make them fall for him...????
Give this a wide berth, it's not worth it. paint your hallway and watch it dry, your time will be much better spent!
