Oppenheimer (2023)
We need more movies like this
I love movies that take themselves seriously, actually made with the intent of bringing something new or something unique to the world of cinema. This movie is most likely going to be my movie of the year due to Nolan's skill as a top tier director. The way that the film balances the black and white (objective scenes) and coloured (subjective scenes) is masterful and so well done. Even with no prior knowledge about Oppenheimer you will be surprised at how much you can relate to his feelings by the end of the film.

Snowfall: The Struggle (2023)
Well ...
I know that this sort of conclusion will be controversial amongst the fanbase. For what the story is, I think that it's a fitting conclusion. Franklin Saint is one of the most well - written characters I have watched in television. The more I think about it, the more I realise that this bears some resemblance to Breaking Bad's ending but has its own unique touch. I must say that i think the director made a huge improvement on their filming, editing and overall choices for the last two episodes. You can tell that there is more tension when there isn't multiple storylines going on at once. Overall a fitting conclusion to a decent show, well done to all the cast and crew.
Black Adam (2022)
A better Shazam
This movie was fun, but not anything revolutionary for DC either. I never expected it to be game changing so it wasn't a let down, it had amazing character designs, OST's, visual effects and was overall an enjoyable experience compared to its counterpart, Shazam. If you are bored ... go watch it because it's a decent watch but it lacked an interesting story and had the classic uneeded Corny dialogue which I despise. Some characters felt useless and dr. Fate was underused for sure. The final villain was lacklustre at best, the plot line with the civilians was boring. Overall mid. But worth a watch.
Breaking Bad: Face Off (2011)
Peak Fiction
I don't say this lightly, because I think I'm quite a strict viewer when it comes to shows, movies and media in general ... however this episode is by far the best episode of a TV show to air of all time. If you were to just take a moment to understand Walter's mindset and journey then you can realise how deep and messed up it is, he's gone so far down the rabbit hole that he doesn't even care about the fact that he poisoned a child because it gave him the upper-hand in the situation. Walter's realisation that Gus needed to be killed was allways going to be a problem, as Walter's ego won't let him be threatened and his intellect in devising such a ruthless plan to take Gus out shows you he is willing to blow up a nursing home. I know that Thomas Shelby was the one to say "I have no limitations" but Walter truly has no limitations 💀
