Cyberpunk: Edgerunners: Lucky You (2022)
A solid episode
A great episode that fleshes out the crew as well as kickstarts what I assume to be the main romance of the show in a way that didn't feel cheesy or forced. Glad to see the main character develop as a character as well, hes really coming into his own as a character.
Studio Trigger as always has done a great job with the animation and the backgrounds in particular are just gorgeous and complement the characters so well. The show keeps on getting better and better and I can feel this show ramping up to something big, cannot wait to see where this goes. Definitely the best animated content this year so far.
Avatar: The Last Airbender: Sozin's Comet, Part 4: Avatar Aang (2008)
Wow just amazing!
I remember watching this show on Nickoledeon when I was 8 but due to the television format, I was never able to watch the finale or the series in chronological order. I am so happy I decided to rewatch this show as an adult, absolutely one of the best animated shows to ever exist and one of the best finales as well. The payoffs were absolutely beautiful in this episode especially Azula vs Zuko and Korra.
I did have some minor gripes such as the lack of an Azula conclusion, tophs family, Iroh's friends, and Zukos mom not being explored in this episode but I haven't watched Legend of Korra yet and it absolutely doesn't hurt my enjoyment of the episode. Masterful!
Regular Show: Rigby's Graduation Day Special (2016)
Pinnacle of Regular Show character development
Its really crazy to see Rigby's character in season 1 compared to now. Definitely the most developed character in the show. I liked Mordecai in this episode as well, we have all felt that feeling when a close friend is doing better than you or succeeding, you're happy for them but at the same time, a little jealous. Its crazy how a cartoon network show can be relatable for so many adults.
A very heartwarming speech combined with the great payoff of the park lifting into space makes it a 10/10 episode for me.
Regular Show: The Real Thomas (2014)
This is peak regular show
A great plot twist combined with the usual absurdity of a regular show episode mixed with fresh jokes that don't fall into the standard regular show formula. Found my self laughing out loud several moments throughout the episode. Honestly, this is definitely a top 3 episode of the show with the finale and skips story.
Regular Show: Last Meal (2013)
Not the greatest episode but had a strong first half
Muscle Man works really well as a side character but whens hes the main focus of an episode, I just dont feel like he is compelling enough to carry an episode.
This episode had a strong first half however with Muscle Man but after the hot dog eating contest, it kind of devolved into a jumbled mess. Not really a fan of the grossness between Starla and Muscle Man's relationship.
Thought it was decent 7/10/
Mr. Robot (2015)
Wow just amazing!
I cant believe that someone could make a show this creative. Wow, this is in my top 3 shows with breaking bad and Sopranos. Beautiful performance from everyone and shoutout to the writers.
Mr. Robot: 407 Proxy Authentication Required (2019)
Speechless
One of the best episodes of television I have ever watched. Wow, Im still in shock and I had to pace myself for 20 minutes after the episode. I couldn't stop smiling and thinking about it. I had huge expectations going into this episode since everyone was hyping it up and it blew it in the dust. 13/10.
