Truly awful
23 December 2021
Warning: Spoilers
My main emotion after managing to watch this entire film was disappointment, what could of been!

It was utterly pathetic, the acting from almost every member of the cast was pitiful, it was like a badly scripted bottom of the bargain basket game nobody wanted.

The storyline was pathetic and clearly so rushed and lazily put together it wasn't even worthwhile trying to comprehend the parts you couldn't hear because the actors were talking so fast or so quiet.

It was good to see Keanu back as Neo ( sort of ) and Carrie back as Trinity ( sort of ) but even still they didn't play it very well and it was so bit parted between them it wasn't even done on purpose. 100% avoid this garbage.

A comedy that never leaves you.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. I seen this movie when I was just a kid and it has stuck with me every since. The acting, the story, everything about it oozes with class. Its touching and hilarious in equal measure. John Candy was a masterful actor as is his opposite number Steve Martin, they clash in the movie but deep down they have a connection that comes through on the screen and comes through to your heart. Watch this film.

Twins (1988)

A terrific film you must watch.

I first seen this movie when I was around 8 years old back in 1998, I loved it then and I still love it now. Take away the sentimental value this movie holds, it stands the test of time. Arnold and Danny are two long lost brothers who believe it or not are truly meant to be with one another. The contrast works so well, the script is great, supporting cast does a great job and I must admit the soundtrack is well worth a listen. Can't understand this movies low rating, it's certainly not accurate.

Heat (1995)
10/10
A film that took me several enjoyable viewings to understand.

Warning: Spoilers
Heat on paper is a standard cops and robbers tale. Bad guys do what they do and cops do what they gotta do. The thing that took me so long to realise was this story isn't about robberies or cops chasing down bad guys. It's about a guy who thinks he's a methodical being when in actuality he makes more mistakes than he would ever admit. This film is enjoyed both ways, you can delve into the deep physcological meaning or you can enjoy some fantastic action. This is my all time favourite movie. I recommend it to everyone I talk movies with.
