I am surprised because I had never heard of it and I was just watching random series and movies when I saw that. The description seemed fun but it's often the case, excellent descriptions but very bad movies and series. This time, it turned out to be completely different.

Alien Resident is very funny, well written and the actors are great. I was also very happy to see Terry O'Quinn who played John Locke in Lost. There's not much more to say, I just recommend anyone who likes aliens and comedies to watch it. The actors are excellent, the landscapes are beautiful, the story is well written, the characters are very well developed, this series has everything one can expect from a great series!

The actors are pretty good, especially the protagonist. The writing is also pretty good and realistic. The atmosphere corresponds to what one could expect from such a movie. The soundtrack is also quite good. There is just the right number of jumpscares that they don't get repetitive.

I think one can interpret the movie in several ways while not trying to explain all aspects of the movie. Some parts are more artistic and don't really contribute to the story.

There are only a few aspects of the movie which could have been improved but it's easier said than done.

All in all, I recommend watching this movie once but one won't remember it forever.

It adopts a pseudofeminist lens that simplifies complex issues into questionable messages, especially considering the historical setting's lack of sexual health awareness and protections. In contrast, Poor Things seems to miss the mark, opting for shock value over substantive commentary.

So, while Poor Things may dazzle with its visual artistry and boast a strong performance from Emma Stone, it ultimately falters under the weight of its own excess. The film's overreliance on sexual content not only detracts from its narrative potential but also undermines the serious exploration of its themes, leaving a lingering sense of discomfort rather than empowerment. As such, it stands as a missed opportunity to blend beauty with depth, leaving this viewer longing for what could have been.

As many others have mentioned, the only good thing is the beginning where they explain why the animals have gone feral but the rest is just plain boring.

The acting is very bad. I don't think I've ever seen such bad acting in a movie before.

It's quite common to watch slasher movies which are bad but in the end, they were so bad that they were funny, this one was just bad.

The plot is uninteresting and has nothing to do with Winny the Pooh. The group of the girls had nothing to do in the movie. There is no story. It is not even possible to give spoilers because there is no story to tell.

The editing is terrible. Some scenes were shot fine but most of them aren't. The lighting is usually bad, The smoke effect is overused and not relevant.

The writing is also very bad. The dialogues are almost nonsensical and the scenes are poorly written.

There is simply nothing good in this movie and I would give it 0 if it were possible.

I had to write a review as all others are in my opinion unfair. The budget of a movie isn't everything. Besides, high budget films at the cinema are not always great, even the opposite.

Costumes and atmosphere: one of the reasons why I loved that movie is that the costumes, atmosphere and landscapes were great so you really feel immersed.

Storyline: The story was really good and ambitious even if it was naturally difficult to show everything with a lower budget.

Actors: The main actors were great like Mag and Chuzara. The actress who played the Oracle was also ABSOLUTELY amazing. Actually, in my opinion, they were better than some of the best paid actors in the world so...

So to sum up, the fact that it was low budget did prevent the team from doing everything they wanted to do but everything was good otherwise and I really enjoyed this movie.

I didn't give it a 9 or 10 because it isn't a masterpiece either but I definitely think that it is a great, heartwarming and different Christmas movie.

Christmas movies are usually cheesy / soapy but this one was a bit different with topics such as love and loss. There were some funny moments as well.

While it is s subjective matter, I definitely liked the soundtrack. There were jazzy, classical and traditional songs so most people should like a few songs from the movie.

Apart from the funny scenes, there were also some heavier scenes, some about conflict or some which were sad. All in all, I definitely recommend this movie.

One shouldn't pay attention to the logic too much. I really enjoyed this movie because I've never seen anything like it.

Horror elements: I usually don't like gore movies (personal opinion) but I think they were properly used in this movie.

Acting: some of the actors didn't even seem like they were acting which is interesting because it makes the movie seem even more real / connected to reality. The detective inspector is awesome as well as the prisoner's son. Mel is epic too.

Quality of the story: the movie is fast-paced so I never got bored. Each story is fun and I like the fact that no time is wasted.

Like some others have pointed out, I also thought I was going to get bored and stop watching after seeing the first five minutes but I also ended up watching it all and enjoying it.
