I went to see this movie not knowing quite what to expect. Was Steve Irwin going to go try to "act," or was he just going to rant on about conservation, blah, blah, blah? Fortunately, he realizes he's neither a Lawrence Olivier nor a Jane Goodall. He and Terry are themselves. They play the whole movie very tongue-in-cheek, racing across the striking Australian landscape, fleeing from evil CIA-types while saving animals right and left along the way.
It's very funny, very exciting and they still manage to get in a good message about wildlife conservation. Don't try to make sense of the rather implausible plot. Just strap yourself in and take a wild ride with Steve and Terry! Crikey!!!
