Freaks of Nature (2015)
Surprisingly enjoyably holds your attention throughout
Easy to follow storyline and just flows smoothly no brain work to follow the plot and remembering it is what it is a supernatural beings combined horror/comedy it hits the brief. I'd definitely recommend that it's worth giving a watch. Easy to relate to characters makes a good difference also.
Comedians Giving Lectures (2019)
Brilliant Show, definitely worth a watch
I think this program is excellent. It has some really great subject matters the comedians give lectures on. The comedians bring a sense of humour to certain topics and make them easier to talk about in society. Some real fascinating information to be learned and also the fact the lectures are rated at the end by a Professional in that particular field. Really worth watching not just for learning some interesting information but for the funny side about it that the comedians bring to it. Also Sarah Pascoe is a great host, it also portrays how she is a really nice human being and very funny in her own humour too. Anything she does is always worth watching.
Trench 11 (2017)
Better than thought, good for what it is.
This movie turned out to be better than I thought it would be definitely a b movie with no major budget for special effect but the storyline was followable and it was certainly surprisingly easy to watch all the way through to the end with the actors portrayal of the characters coming across to a good standard for what the film was.
The Midnight Man (2016)
Worth a watch
It most certainly isn't a film that will scare you witless but it has a few moments that spooked me a touch only momentarily but that's more than alot of scary films can do. It has the old lady in that seems to be in fair few scary movies now and I think she lends some positivity to this movie. Definitely worth a watch in my opinion just to say that you've seen it. I've not seen the film it was remaking only made 3 years previous and I can imagine then that it must be awful who knows lol.
The Witcher (2019)
Absolutely brilliant, amazing entertainment.
Completely ignore all the negative reviews okay some peoples noses are out of joint as it hasn't strictly followed the books as said it cant always be on screen as written it just wouldn't work so there has to be adaptations. I haven't read the books so had nothing to compare against but that doesn't matter its an absolutely brilliant series and is very enthralling. I was more than entertained throughout and it was one of them shows that left me quite emotional to an extent that it had run out of episodes for the time being. I cannot wait for the rest to come out now. As it goes because of this show I will go out and purchase the books to read.
San Andreas Mega Quake (2019)
Pretty shocking special effects, quality of acting to match
This could be used as a textbook example of how to make a shocking movie. The acting throughout is so blatantly scripted over dramatised efforts from all the cast I'd say. Proper cheesy scenarios that does certainly have effort put in from the actors. The special effects are very obviously computer generated in some scenes reminiscent of an old version of grand theft auto for their quality. Could be imagined that this film was created by high school students. Even all said I still managed to sit through the film, early afternoon time at home bored. But it is just about viewable to see what actually ensues next.
The Osbournes Want to Believe: Children of the Grave (2021)
Debatable over genuine untampered footage
I've got a liking for this program and the Osbournes themselves. I do think they give you genuine responses to what they are actually viewing 99% of the time. This episode seems to have some footage that they are watching that I would say is debatable over it being genuine and untampered with. They seem to watch it and comment as if it is genuinely filmed alot of the time. Although Ozzy will state double exposure and similar remarks over some clips which I tend to agree with. Love to watch them engaging together over this topic though. Makes good watching.
Hollyoaks (1995)
Still doing great
Used to love hollyoaks as a teen nearly 20 years ago. After many years not watching iv returned to watch it again and I'm enjoying it it's still great imo.
Sonic the Hedgehog (2020)
Great film, really does Sonic justice. Watchable fun for kids and adults
I really enjoyed watching this film and was more than happy that it did sonics character justice over how he was portrayed. It's got a decent storyline and has some pretty amusing moments in it and is good enough for adults to enjoy aswell as kids. Jim Carrey really does a great job again as his character robotnik couldn't think of anyone else that could have done this now. Definitely worth watching. Loved playing the video games and watching this had a nostalgic feel to it thinking back.
