Warning: Spoilers
Sadly the script is a big mess, Michael Caine hams it up quite badly, the plot is sluggish and derivative and the characters are little more than walking clichés. Overall, the action is decent, the movie not so much. 4/10 Bethany Cox.

Needing an income while looking for a job, the Michigan Unemployment Department gives him an interesting job, a civilian remedial education teacher for the United States Army. He's assigned to a class of eight trainees who might wash out if they don't shape up. It's their mental attitudes that need adjusting.

Warning: Spoilers
None of them recognize that the brothers are the robbers. The criminal who had the original idea to rob the bank finds out. The FBI led by agent Shaddus Peyser (Richard Jenkins) are also looking for them. They keep failing to get away while the people in town are all so very nice. Dana Carvey has that annoying voice and face. He is stupid in a hateful way. Jon Lovitz is slightly better by comparison. Nicolas Cage is angry and with good reasons. The three brother are so annoying that there are unlikeable. They are unfunny. And the jokes fall flat. The big chase isn't anything fun. It is generally boring and most of the blame has to be laid at writer/director George Gallo's feet.

Jimmy sees himself as a method actor, dedicated to his craft, but he can't land a part. That's similar to Dustin Hoffman's role in "Tootsie", which Barry Levinson is connected to by some uncredited writing. The similarity does not end there.

Warning: Spoilers
There's really nothing here worth watching. It's all been done before and lately is being done to death, which isn't a problem in and of itself but there are so many better options. John Wick, for instance or Atomic Blonde would both make for better experiences than this lackluster mess.
