Don't Look Up (2021)
Don't Look Up is not as bad as ppl say
I've only watched it once as it's a very long movie I hesitated on writing a review without watching it again to refresh my memory but it's just so long, that's not to say it wasn't a good movie though. I really enjoyed it I cried at the ending and I got mad at characters and I felt bad for characters. I heard people making fun of this movie but I don't get it I loved it. It was emotional, funny, relatable and eye-opening I think it's a movie that you can only experience once. Of course you can watch it again and again but the first time you do it's new and it has a way of pulling you in and maybe that's just the way I watched the movie in a dark room in summer in front of my big TV. Maybe it was just the atmosphere. But it was good.
Little Miss Sunshine (2006)
Little Moss Sunshine
Childhood favourite I watched it first when I was like 9? Maybe? Haha but after a long time of not watching it I decided to re-watch it so i could review it, i can say... still a favourite :) i remember i would get really upset about the family problems because I related so much. I had a family member comment on the things i ate the way her father did and it messed me up so i hated the dad for that. Also the suicidal family members... yeah. Paul Dano's performance when he gets told he can't fly jets is just so! Perfect! Also such a good job such a good performance from a kid. Really good and nostalgic film.
The Girl Next Door (2004)
The Girl Next Door
I watched this movie a few times when i was younger but now that im older i actually get the jokes now lmao. Of course i only watched this for the handsome Paul Dano, who plays the nerd friend which of course he plays well. He was in the movie for about 20 minutes in total maybe i don't know? Maybe that's generous. But nonetheless the parts he was in were hilarious and he's very cute, he even ended up being in a "porno" well deserved. A Good nostalgic movie :) but very cliche pretty much every movie in this time period were like this ya know early 2000's "teen" movies. You know what I mean. :)
Explicit Ills (2008)
Explicit Ills
So i initially only watched this for Paul Dano of course and omg he was so hot in this (still hot he just is my around my age in this movie but u know what i mean) and when he helped the little boy and became friends with him 😭 so fricken cute man. He wasn't in the movie enough and without him it was a bit boring.. just my opinion the movie very slow paced. But it has a great meaning that still sadly is relevant to this day almost what like a decade later? More? So sad but man... the pain that the mother conveyed through the screen when she saw her lil baby had passed away my God made me cry so much.
Knight and Day (2010)
No.
Of course I only watched this movie because Paul Dano was in it and as you could imagine I was very let down when he was only in it for about 15 minutes total maybe less?? (Made this mistake with another movie that i ended up hating but watched anyway for the fact Paul Dano was in it) Casted as the "tech savy guy" from memory i don't know i watched it earlier this year and dont rememebr cause i didnt like it. Anyway he wasn't in it heaps but omg was he the cutest ever OMG! Young paul dano so cute and since his character was the typical nerd i loved him more because that's just my type obviously <3.
Looper (2012)
Looper. Bad.
I dont typically watch this genre of movie since i just tend to not like it but as we all know i love Paul Dano and he is in it... but he wasn't in it long enough for me to actually like the movie. The movie was long and boring and i didnt actually care for it all that much and Paul's character was kind of the annoying type, kind of like a wimp (he typically plays that role well and he did i just wish he was in it longer before being killed off). The movie itself gave me a headache 😐 so yeah I mean I just hate back and forth movies so if u don't have the same opinion as me you might like it. :(
The Guilty (2021)
Unexpectedly Good
The twist's in this movie were insane and incredible. I loved every second, I was so shocked to see that the movie was almost done it had not felt like one hour and a half had just flown by. I really DID NOT want this movie to end.
Although I admit I did only initially watch it for Paul Dano only to find out he just voices a man on the phone haha oh well he still played the role well. This movie was so incredible i should watch it again the ending was insane and i felt Jake Gyllanhalls characters stress through out the whole movie acting was just wow! And it was pretty much only filmed in 1 room that's insane!

Wednesday (2022)
Wednesday Series Review
Show was good, hated the "love Interests"?? Loved Jenna's acting in this I adore how much effort she put into this role it's amazing. I don't like the family dynamic in this version of the Addam's family. They've always been a happy family in their own unique way. But I really enjoyed the plot and the villain/character plots.
Although I wish they portrayed Gomez and Morticias relationship better instead of them just being all over eachother I enjoyed seeing the flashbacks though when they were young <3
Casting is top tier. Really love the relationships that form I just wish certain characters weren't pushed into love triangles :/
