SpongeBob SquarePants: Something Narwhal This Way Comes/C.H.U.M.S (2021)
One of the biggest mistakes the show has ever made
Something Narwhal This Way Comes is one of the biggest mistakes the show has ever made because they added stupid Narlene to the main show so that they could promote Kamp Koral. Narlene is probably the worst way to promote Kamp Koral because she's just a horrendous character because of how disgusting and annoying she is. It's like she's obsessed with showing her feet to everyone and it's just weird. Not only that, but the episode just feels like it's Jellyfish Jam and House Worming all over again. I only liked the part where Plankton's family chased the Nearwhals away and I did smile when Nobby grew muscles, but nothing else.
C. H. U. M. S however was a good episode, although it felt a little like Plankton's Army and it was a major improvement over Something Narwhal This Way Comes.
SpongeBob SquarePants: SpongeBob in RandomLand/SpongeBob's Bad Habit (2019)
One of the worst modern episodes
Here's a quick backstory: After Stephen Hillenburg left, the show wasn't as good as Seasons 1-3 (Season 7 is the only season I didn't like though), but when he returned, the show got much better starting with Lost in Bikini Bottom. And even though he sadly died, the show is still definitely not as bad as Season 7.
Now onto the review. I didn't like SpongeBob's Bad Habit at all. I liked SpongeBob in RandomLand, but SpongeBob's Bad Habit is such a pretty bad episode because of how weird and gross it is. SpongeBob bites his nails, but he eventually gets to the point where he bites other people's nails, which is pretty disturbing. He was acting like a total maniac biting nails and out of character. I only liked the return of Hans, but nothing else.
SpongeBob SquarePants: A Day Without Tears/Summer Job (2010)
Rant on Summer Job
Gosh, I hate that episode so much. It's full of Mrs. Puff torture. SpongeBob was super annoying when he was following Mrs. Puff about a note. Like dude, why won't you just leave her alone for once? Also, see the end of this rant if you want to find out why the note was completely stupid.
Also, not only was SpongeBob annoying, but Mr. Krabs himself was a HUGE jerk to Mrs. Puff because he blackmailed her. Yeah, HE BLACKMAILED HIS OWN GIRLFRIEND! It's just Boating Buddies all over again, but I guess it had better animation than that episode. It barely had any jokes that made me laugh. I only had a weak smile at the barrel scene, but nothing else.
Oh, and let's not forget the ending. The ending is probably the stupidest ending of the show ever! Mrs. Puff went to jail and she had to go to traffic school, and guess who was the teacher? SpongeBob. That was in the note he wrote too. He actually got a job as a driving instructor. Like, WHY? SpongeBob never got his license! Why is he the driving instructor? It seems like to me, the writers just want to see Mrs. Puff suffer.
So that episode obviously gets a 1/10.
A Day Without Tears gets a 5/10.
Gravity Falls: Dreamscaperers (2012)
My personal favorite episode of the show
I really love Gravity Falls. It's one of those shows where you never get old of it and want more of it. And this episode is my personal favorite episode of all time. It introduced the main antagonist, Bill Cipher, very well. Bill and Gideon are the two best villains of the show and it was very interesting to see them work together. It was very interesting yo see what was inside Stan's mind and I liked all of the episode referenced and I think it develops Stan more as a character. It explains that the reason why he's so hard on Dipper is because to toughen him up, so when the world fights, he fights back. And it payed off with the epic battle scene of Bill Cipher and Dipper, Mabel, and Soos.
So I think this episode was super awesome, just like most episodes of the show and you should definitely give it a watch.
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Splinter/Slide Whistle Stooges (2008)
What the heck is this?
I cannot believe how disgusting and mean-spirited The Splinter is. It's like Season 6 has a big problem with the disgusting humor (looks at Aaron Springer's storyboarding). And almost everyone was mean to poor SpongeBob. Squidward was no help and Patrick only made things worse. The only good part was the ending because Mr. Krabs helped SpongeBob and Squidward got karma for his actions.
Do you know what made me upset the most?
Remember that part in Graveyard Shift where SpongeBob was literally ripping his arms out? Well guess what? THEY GREW BACK! Why couldn't he just remove the arm that had the splinter? We knew it would've grown back! This episode was just a mess.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Big Top Flop/Sandy, Help Us! (2023)
Keep Narlene away from the original show please
I honestly hate how they made Narlene in the original show just so they could promote Kamp Koral. Now don't get me wrong, I like Kamp Koral, but Narlene to me is one of the worst characters ever made because of how disgusting and annoying she is, like she is in Sandy, Help Us! I thought the first half of the episode was great, but when she appeared, it went horrible. Her role for the episode was totally unnecessary and the ending was terrible.
Big Top Flop however was miles better. It was very funny and clever and the animation was brilliant.
So for me, please watch Big Top Flop and give Sandy, Help Us! A big fat skip.
The Simpsons: Simpsorama (2014)
One of the best modern episodes
The Simpsons nowadays is definitely not something I watch. It's not horrible, but it got too political and boring and it's not the same as it was in Seasons 1-8. Now, when I first heard of The Simpsons and Futurama having a crossover, I knew it was going to be something, and I was right. It was super creative and fun to watch and I liked how Bart was the one who made the future bad by blowing his nose in a sandwich and made Bart goblins and I did like seeing Bender and Homer hang out together, even if Bender had to kill Homer. I thought the part where Leela says to herself "Don't mention her hair" when she saw Marge and Marge says to herself "Don't mention her eye" when she saw Marge was pretty funny. I think this crossover is much better than the Family Guy and The Simpsons crossover and it's definitely worth your time.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Growth Spout/Stuck in the Wringer (2009)
Horrible moral
I'm not reviewing Growth Spout, but Stuck in the Wringer is just a pure horrendous episode. It's when SpongeBob accidentally gets stuck in the wringer. Patrick appears and made things WAY worse by putting forever glue on SpongeBob. Patrick used to be stupid in a funny way, but now he's stupid in a frustrating way. He cannot do anything with his wringer. And then there's the carnival part where SpongeBob rightfully yells at Patrick for ruining his life and all of the Bikini Bottomites got mad at him and one of them wrongly scolds him and says that he deserves to be in the wringer because he was born mean. That's super horrible and nasty! And there was the worst moral of the episode: SpongeBob turns to the audience and says, "I guess crying does solve your problems after all." NO! Crying does NOT solve your problems! Patrick even says that during the episode and I guess the writers just want to make Patrick always wrong about everything.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Pet or Pests/Komputer Overload (2009)
One of the worst episodes ever!
Pet or Pests was a very horrible episode because of how disgusting it is (if this doesn't prove that Aaron Springer was just a horrible storyboarder after Season 5, then I don't know what will) and Gary was extremely unlikable and don't even get me started about Larry. I seriously just wanted to barf every single time I watch this episode (the same goes for The Splinter and The Toenail Scene from House Fancy).
Komputer Overload however was miles better. It was pretty clever and interesting and it was a major improvement over Pet or Pests.
So for me, please skip Pet or Pests and just watch Komputer Overload.
The Patrick Star Show (2021)
Give it another chance
Most of you people are angry about this show because Stephen says he "doesn't" want any spin offs, but he obviously changed his mind because Vincent Waller on twitter says that he actually 100% knew about Kamp Koral and worked on it before he sadly died. He might not know about The Patrick Show, but just give it another chance, or at least watch The Patterfly Effect-onward because starting with that episode, there's a new crew that made the show a whole lot better than it used to be. The stories were a whole lot more enjoyable and it was more funny than ever. It's still definitely not on par with SpongeBob, but it's still pretty good. Please give it another chance.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Momageddon/Pet the Rock (2024)
Great episodes
Both of these episodes ate really good and some best of Season 14.
Momageddon is probably my favorite episode of Season 14 so far because it was pretty funny with an awesome story and I did really like seeing Jeff Tentacles (Squidward's dad) for the first time in the show.
Pet the Rock was not as good, but I still like it a lot. It has the same amount of creativity and it was funnier and it does feel like a classic episode overall, but my biggest problem with it is that it references A Pal for Gary. I know that was supposed to be a joke, but I just didn't like it.
Overall, I think both of these episodes are a fun time that you definitely should watch, but some people won't listen and it sadly will most likely get review bombed, like most newer episodes.
SpongeBob SquarePants: BassWard/Squidiot Box (2023)
BassWard is amazing, but Squidiot Box...not really
BassWard is a super great episode featuring Bubble Bass and Squidward trying to tolerate each other on their way to Jetsam City (I thought they were going to Shell City at first). It's a really funny episode and I'm glad that Squidward isn't being tormented by SpongeBob and Patrick for once. Speaking of which, it's pretty weird that this is the first episode to not feature SpongeBob at all, and I cannot believe that it's written by the same guy who wrote Good Neighbors (Mike Bell).
Although for Squidiot Box, it wasn't that good. Not to sound like one of the guys who look for minor nitpicks, but the imagination box repair scene was totally 100% unnecessary and it ruins the whole point of the original episode (Idiot Box). I really wanted it to have no screen time and let Squidward's imaginary adventure have more screen time.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Abandon Twits/Wallhalla (2023)
"Wallhalla is amazing!"
Abandon Twits was NOT THAT GOOD. Thankfully, Wallhalla saved the day.
I'm honestly not a big fan of Abandon Twits that much and it's mainly because of unfair Squidward torture. There were some good parts like Squidward dancing and the sentient wood plank, but I really don't think it's that good. It feels like Luke is just going back to his Seasons 6-9A self by making an unfair Squidward torture episode because Squidward torture in the modern era is mostly done right, and I'm surprised at Luke when he made this. This might actually be my least favorite episode of the season so far.
Wallhalla on the other hand was so much better because it's one of those episodes that it feels weird, but the execution makes it looks like a creative and classic episode, just like Lost in Couch from The Patrick Star Show. Wally was a really awesome character and even SpongeBob says "Wallhalla is amazing," and I absolutely agree with him. The only thing I can complain about is the nose brush scene because it's gross and disturbing.
Overall: The overall rating is 7/10, but I'm keeping it 10/10 just so that the rating is higher.
SpongeBob SquarePants: A Cabin in the Kelp/The Hankering (2019)
Wow
What the heck is up with most of these reviewers? Are they just bombing the episode on purpose or are they just trying to make it so that people will stop watching the show altogether? Either way, that's just wrong!
A Cabin in the Kelp was pretty good because it's creative and pretty spooky and I like spooky episodes, but the only problem with it is SpongeBob was being too dumb.
The Hankering was good too and pretty clever because Mr. Krabs is a crab and crabs are trash eaters if I recall correctly. OK I have to admit that the facial expressions were exaggerated, but I still like it.
So the overall rating is a 10/10. Please don't listen to the negative reviews.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Swimming Fools/The Goobfather (2023)
I'm tired of this!
I'm super tired of seeing every single ratings of the new episodes very low all of time. Like, every time I see a bad rating, I go on R. A. G. E. mode like Squidward did in Yellow Pavement. I just want to ask, why are you guys always doing this? Are you trolls or are you just trying to get people to stop watching the show? If anything, this needs to stop and I mean this the nicest way possible.
So anyway, Swimming Fools was very awesome because it's pretty creative and funny and Squidward torture done right. And this is a perfect example of him getting jealous too.
The Goobfather is not as good as Swimming Fools because the beginning of it felt kinda rushed, but it's still fun, especially the ice cream battle part and I did like seeing The Ice Cream King again for the fourth time.
So, the overall rating is a 9/10, but I'm keeping it a 10/10 so that the rating doesn't get low.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Back to the Past/The Bad Guy Club for Villains (2010)
Why all of the love?
This episode is definitely one of the most overrated episodes of the whole show, well, at least the first one.
Back to the Past, oh boy, this one was very bad and severely overrated. I can't stand it because of Patrick and his stupidity. When Barnacle Boy literally said to don't touch anything in the Time Machine, Patrick obviously didn't listen and he made it so that Bikini Bottom was years in the past. Patrick even did something even WORSE! When the younger Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy were about to put tartar sauce on Man Ray, Patrick decided that he wanted to eat it. And when SpongeBob and Patrick went into the future, we see Bikini Bottom under Man Ray's control and we see that the older Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy actually DIE and did Patrick care? NO! I thought he would have at least felt bad for what he did, but he didn't. And the ending was super confusing too. This episode was just an average Season 7 episode and I have no idea why people like this so much.
The Bad Guy Club for Villains on the other hand was surprisingly good because it shows us Jumbo Shrimp and The Sinister Slug very good as villains (not sure about The Automatic Flounder though because he was previously in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy II). It was pretty action packed and the IJLSA from Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V returns. It does have a good moral that you cannot get in trouble for reading. This episode was a huge improvement over its companion episode and it definitely doesn't belong in the unlucky 7th season.
Back to the Past gets a 3/10
The Bad Guy Club for Villains gets a 9/10
The overall rating is a 6/10.
The Patrick Star Show: Which Witch is Which?/Get Off My Lawnie (2023)
Get Off My Lawnie was such a disappointment!
I swear, I thought that episode was gonna be one of the best episodes of The Patrick Star Show because the plot sounded great, but when I actually watched the episode, I was extremely disappointed, almost as a disappointment as Plane to Sea from the original show because Granny Tentacles didn't even get to have her own spin off show until 2 MINUTES LEFT! Almost throughout most of the episode, Granny Tentacles was being stalked by "fans." At least The Granny Tentacles Theme Song was good.
As for Which Witch is Which, it was a pretty good episode. It was funny and creative and fun to watch, but it doesn't make up for Get Off My Lawnie at all.
The Backyardigans: Chichen-Itza Pizza (2008)
No Pablo...?
Wow. I can't believe they've done this. They actually made an episode without Pablo. Why would they do that? He's my favorite character of the show and he was supposed to be the main character of the show. It's sad that he wasn't in it. If he would have replaced Tasha, then there would have been an opportunity for him to do his panic attack that he usually does in the episodes. The episode itself was alright. It just has a simple plot and the songs were fine. It's just the absence of Pablo that makes the episode a giant disappointment. If you personally don't like Pablo, then I don't know what to say, but he did keep the show going well by appearing in most of them.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Dopey Dick/Plankton and the Beanstalk (2023)
Please give this one a chance. I'm begging you!
If you even think about giving this episode one star for no reason, then read this review first and/or give the episode a fair chance. Season 13 has been an excellent season, so just give this one a chance, at least the first one because the second one didn't premiere yet at the time I'm writing this review.
The first segment (I'm not saying the title because I'm afraid this review will be deleted) was very fun to watch and one of the best of the season so far. I'm very glad that they brought back some classic music from the earlier seasons and it was very funny and there was barely any Squidward torture too.
I'm giving this one a 10/10. I really want you to give this one a fair chance first instead of rating it without watch it.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Hot Crossed Nuts/Sir Urchin and Snail Fail (2023)
These SpongeBoomers are driving me NUTS!
I really don't understand why these people are giving all of the new episodes 1/10. Are they trolls are are they just rating them bad ratings so that people will stop watching the new episodes all together? I just don't understand. Anyway, here's my review for both of the episodes:
Hot Crossed Nuts was really great despite being a rehash of Krusty Dogs and Sandy's Nutmare because the idea of The Krusty Krab turning into a western-themed restaurant was actually really good and Sandy was being a good friend to SpongeBob. If you thought Squirrel Jelly destroyed her character, than this episode makes her redeem herself because she stood up to Mr. Krabs and quits because she didn't like that SpongeBob was sad because of Mr. Krabs throwing away Krabby Patties. Well, Mr. Krabs definitely got what he deserved at the end.
Sir Urchin and Snail Fail was even better because it was really funny, like the old lady chasing after SpongeBob, Patrick, Sir Urchin, and Snail Fail. I really did like seeing Sir Urchin and Snail Fail again since Library Cards. It was very heartwarming at the end.
Overall: Hot Crossed Nuts gets a 9/10 and Sue Urchin and Snail Fail gets a 10/10, so the overall rating is 10/10. Please give this one a chance.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Captain Pipsqueak/Plane to Sea (2022)
Captain Pipsqueak was pretty good
Captain Pipsqueak was a really excellent episode. After Plankton fails at trying to steal the formula again, he decides to join team E. V. I. L (Every Villain Is Lemons) to try to get his revenge. I really like the story of it and seeing all of the different villains from the past was a real treat. There was actually no scenes I dislike as well and the ending was very funny, unlike its sister episode.
Plane to Sea however was a very bad episode because it's ending was full of cons. First of all, it shows us that SpongeBob and Patrick were at their absolute worst since Ink Lemonade for not letting Squidward stay at Bora Bora Bottom. Second of all, they didn't even show much of Bora Bora Bottom to let us know what it's like there. Third of all, the plot says "SpongeBob and Patrick take Squidward on a plane to a tropical resort," not "SpongeBob and Patrick take Squidward on a plane to see a tropical resort" and Danny Giovannini literally not staying at his plot was very dumb.
Overall: Captain Pipsqueak gets a 10/10
Plane to Sea gets a 4/10
The overall rating is 7/10, but I'm keeping it 10/10 to make the rating higher.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Patrick's Coupon/Out of the Picture (2017)
Patrick's Coupon was pretty good, but Out of the Picture wasn't
Patrick's Coupon was a very enjoyable episode because of how funny, creative, entertaining, and pretty interesting too. I really like how Patrick wanted to get SpongeBob an ice cream for him and I did like how they made The Ice Cream King have the same voice as Uncle Grandpa.
Out of the Picture however was one of the worst episodes of SpongeBob ever because Mr. Krabs literally wanted Squidward to get killed so that his art will be worth more money. If you think Mr. Krabs has gone too far like in "One Coarse Meal" or "SpongeBob You're Fired," then you just have to see this. The only good thing about this episode was the return of Rock Bottom. That part actually saved it from being the worst episode of the show, but I still think it's very horrible and it should be watched by nobody.
Overall: Patrick's Coupon gets an 8/10, Out of the Picture gets a 0/10. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
The Patrick Star Show: Shrinking Stars/FitzPatrick (2023)
One of the weakest episodes of the show followed by one of the strongest.
Shrinking Stars is originally from The Tidal Zone event from January 2023, but it was one of my least favorites of The Patrick Star Show so far mainly because of unfair GrandPat torture. Seriously, the unfair torture needs to stop. I'm betting the writers were thinking, "Well, if we're not gonna torture Squidward for no reason, let's torture GrandPat for no reason. Why not?" I also don't really like it because it's too similar to The Incredible Shrinking Sponge, but it could have been a little worse.
FitzPatrick on the other hand was one of the best episodes of The Patrick Star Show because it's very nostalgic, creative, funny, the animation and story were excellent, and unlike Shrinking Stars, there was no unfair GrandPat torture. Well, the plot of this episode was that Patrick's evil twin cousin comes over to ruin his reputation, but all of Patrick's loopholes get the best of him. Not as good as Terror At 20000 Leagues or Just In Time For Christmas, but I still love it.
Overall: Shrinking Stars gets a 5/10 and FitzPatrick gets a 10/10. I would recommend this because of the second one.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Delivery to Monster Island/Ride Patrick Ride (2023)
Give this one a fair chance
Seriously, a 3.4/10? That's going too far. Why must these people rate these episodes 1/10? I don' get it. The day I'm writing this review, Ride Patrick Ride didn't premiere yet, but Delivery to Monster Island was loads of fun! I really don't get why some people would rate this episode a 1/10 because it's super creative and fun to watch and it reminds me of the song, "Now that We're Men" from the first SpongeBob movie because SpongeBob and Patrick were singing the song while they were surrounded by monsters. I'm really glad the writers got creative and not rip off that part from the first movie.
It's a perfect episode! 10/10. Please give this episode a chance instead of voting it 1/10.
Undertale (2015)
I love this game.
This game doesn't choose what run you will do, YOU will choose what run you do. If you do the pacifist run, then you will get to see Asriel Dreemur (Toriel's and Asgore's child).
But if you do the genocide run, then you will get to battle the greatest boss ever: Sans. You play a child named Frisk and you're stuck in the underground and if only to get back to the surface, you'll need to battle Asgore the king to get back. There are 6 main friends you make in this game. Those six friends are Toriel, Papyrus, Sans, Undyne, Alphys, and Asgore. My personal favorite is Papyrus. The main antagonist is Flowey. If you're doing the pacifist run and if you spare Flowey after the Omega Flowey battle, then you'll later find out that Flowey is actually Asriel. After the Asriel battle, he breaks the barrier that keeps the monsters inside the underground and if only to cross it, you'll need a human soul and a monster soul. Asriel then says that the real human who fell down (Chara) wasn't a good person but Frisk is. The ending where all of the monsters got up to the surface was great. The music is so awesome too.
Overall: This game easily gets a 10/10. I would recommend this to anyone.
