Babylon 5: The Road Home (2023)
A masterpiece that brought back old memories
Without leaving any spoilers Babylon 5: the road home managed to squeeze in almost all the original cast into a storyline that kept me hooked through its somewhat short 1 hr 15 run time.
The sets and detail right down to Sheridan's communicator on the back of his hand , the fury's and even the oddly shaped side arms made you feel right back in orbit over epsilon with the crew of the 5 it was a real walk down memory lane into a show that ended too soon.
If the creators ever read this I would love to see more Babylon 5 content and thank you for doing such a great job on this nostalgic work of art.
Asteroid City (2023)
Huge cast garbage story line
This film has a fantastic cast, great acting, but nee it ably it is let down by the story which is absolute garbage?!
I am surprised so many famous names put their names to what attempts to be an art piece but turns out to be complete nonsense.
The film looks like it will begin interestingly enough but then turns into a mix of other peoples pointless stories that never seem to really come together... there's an alien for some reason and then it's over ... I mean why?
The only reason anyone will watch this is because Tom hanks is in it but I genuinely believe this to be his first poor film.
Save yourself 1 hr 45 of boredom and poor storytelling and avoid this movie.
