The Cutter (2005)
Cutter
This is another good one coming from Chuck Norris. It is his usual good work, great cast, great script and the cast and crew to go along with it! (some of who show up quite regularly with him from show to show, movie to movie). Maybe that is part of his success as well as due to the success of his TV and Movie work! Unfortunately for me, I kept this one in it's wrapper for way too long, which is odd considering if it's "Chuck Norris" it barely makes it home before it's put into the player! I guess I had too many WTR's on tape (all of them) as well as all of his regular as well as for TV movies in the house to watch any time the feeling hits me! I know the real reason so I guess I'll share it with all of you.....I didn't know how to use the DVR thing that came with our cable system! (and Cutter was on CD not VCR! So now you know.....and now you know it had nothing to do with the actual Cutter show!
Meerkat Manor (2005)
Meerkat Manor
I think this show is Fantastic! From waiting patiently for the very first show to appear, I watched that episode and I have watched and enjoyed each and ever episode since the first one! In fact my husband tapes them for me to watch again later on in the week. I find myself waiting and looking forward to the new show coming up the following week! In this day and age it is wonderful to have this type of show to look forward to watching! So exciting, so wonderful, so real.....family type situations at their best....as well as at their saddest too! It's good for all ages.....little children to older adults! Babies to Grandparents (one of which I am, a Grandmother..not baby! HA! HA!! It's truly refreshing TV at it's best. My Thanks to Animal Planet for another good one! Thank You again Animal Planet and my Thanks also goes to everyone in the cast and crew of The Meerkat Manor show!
Past Sins (2006)
Leading lady didn't seem right in her part
All I could see of our leading lady while watching her in this movie was seeing her in her soap opera part. I liked the movie quite well but it needed a different leading lady or least one who had left her soap opera part long before starring in this movie. She just didn't fit, her acting was very good but she belongs in her soap opera part more so than she belongs in this TV Movie of Past Sins. This is just my humble opinion and I should also add that since putting in our in ground pool three years ago I haven't watched any soap opera's in the past three years...so if I feel this way imagine how someone who is currently watching her favorite soaps must feel. Can you see where I am coming from after not watching her in her soap opera part of Christine in over three years? If she didn't seem right in this part for me how do you think her current soap opera fans must feel watching her in this part in this movie!?! I didn't like her when she was on Walker Texas Ranger and I am a long running WTR fan and an even longer Chuck Norris fan. I did watch her in the soap when she had the part on WTR, which must have been approximately 5 or so years ago now. Soap opera stars just should stick with their soap roles unless they have left them behind for a few year. So to put it in a few less words. It was a good movie but would have been better without this leading lady. I couldn't even finish watching the movie before I came into this site to add my thoughts!
Forest Warrior (1996)
Exceptional
I thought it was a fantastic movie, sure it wasn't our usual Chuck Norris action movie, but it was well worth watching and I'm glad to have seen it. I even taped it and have watched it several times. Glad to see he plays a "ghost" again in "Bells of Innocence". .....that is....as soon as it's released!! Can't wait!!!!!
Walker, Texas Ranger (1993)
Fantastic
This show as with each and ever episode of Walker,Texas Ranger we get to see an honest upright person show us how we should live our life. All WTR episodes are the things that we should all live by and hope that others would also do so. Chuck does a fantastic job in each and every WTR as he does in his movies. Too bad WTR had to end. I hope and I can't wait for a WTR reunion show!!!!!
Sidekicks (1992)
One of the best of Chuck Norris
Being fortunate to see Chuck Norris play Chuck Norris in a movie showed all of us that he is the "real" Chuck Norris and as nice as we all knew he was and know he will always be! I've watched this movie a dozen or so times and I'm sure I'll watch it a dozen more times. It is just as great to watch each time and brings the same smile to my face that says "Thats the real Chuck Norris"!!
Delta Force 2: The Colombian Connection (1990)
Fantastic Chuck Norris in every way!
Not only did I get to see my favorite Chuck Norris action movie, very well done I must add. I also got to see a stuntman friend do a few stunts for Chuck. Jan Michael Shultz is one great stuntman and actor as he has shown us in more than one Walker, Texas Ranger episode. Not to mention my very best friend and fellow Chucks Angels egroup moderator (Mrs. Jan Michael Shultz) also worked on this movie, in fact it's where she met her husband!!!!! Thanks to Chuck Norris!!!!!!!!!!!! Just shows us what a fantastic guy as well as a fantastic actor and person Chuck Norris really is!!!!!!! Boy, do I miss Walker, Texas Ranger, but at least I have all my tapes and the daily reruns several times a day!!! Thanks Chuck for being the Chuck we love!!!!!!!
Hero and the Terror (1988)
The BEST
Hero and the Terror is my favorite of all Chuck Norris movies and I've seen them all starting with my least favorite Slaughter in San Francisco, too bad it didn't contain his actual voice, but we're not here to talk about Slaughter in San Francisco. Hero and the Terror was Fantastic and it's the Chuck I think of first when I think of Chuck. The scene where Chuck is in his underwear is etched in my mind forever, I don't have to rewatch it to remember it!!!!!!!
Huang mian lao hu (1974)
Could have been better
I had to force myself to watch the entire movie, and I used to think that there wasn't a Chuck Norris movie I didn't enjoy. Just why couldn't or why didn't they use Chuck's real voice. Now that would have helped any diehard Chuck Norris fan even enjoy this movie. Sorry Chuck, I love you but you should karate chop those guys who decided to not redo the movie in your real voice. Well at least we got to enjoy the Chuck Norris body!!!!!!!!! I almost can't believe my comments considering how much I adore and love Chuck Norris!!!!!
