i must say that the detailed explanation of lobo girl, pretty much said it all. i was not impressed with this movie for it lacked fundamental points in order for a movie to succeed. 1. humor (the funniest part was watching Corbin bleu do those cheesy back flips in the beginning) 2. romance (just like camp rock, the ending of whether or not kiki and Corbin ended up together is still hanging) and 3. substance (it seems as if everything has been molded off of high school musical!!!! i mean, the same plot. main character struggles between passions of two opposite paths and meets a girl along the way. wow...I'm intrigued...NOT!! anyway, i must say i am biased to lobo's ah-mazing comment because i know her, but that's okay because it still covered everything that people should know before they commit themselves to watching this movie. well, done lobo p.!! see u soon!!

camp rock was indeed a recycled version of HSM and HSM2. same plot of character just wanting to fit in, meeting a boy, realizing what they're meant to do, and then ending with a final song. mitchie just wants to fit it and is foiled by peer pressure to lie about her identity. poor acting by that blond girl and her cronies only add to the stale-cheese humor of this movie. so mitchie falls into their traps, while meanwhile, also falling into the trap of Joe (or is it Kevin) Jonas's "heartful" voice. then mitchie and Allison are framed, but still find a way to perform. so that annoying blond girl doesn't get everything she wanted for once, and makes a total fool of herself (my favorite part) and then mitchie puts on a shocking performance that SHOULD have won but didn't, where she is joined by that Jonas brother (Joe or Kevin) and they magically sing their hearts out without rehearsal. then the boring girl with the guitar wins, and its time for the final jam jam session. And out of the blue they all join together to sing. how HSM and HSM2 is that?? all in this together/ all for one/ now camp rock?? so the excitement builds with the song, just to be let down by the disappointing ending. mitchie and Joe or Kevin just smile and discuss canoing plans!! how boooooooriiiing!!!!! very much of a let down, especially for all those adoring Joe bro fans that practically drool at their feet. I'm not even a Joe bro obsesser and I was disappointed. the only reason i gave it a 2 was because of the Camp Rock song. pretty catchy!!
