Fatale (2020)
Weak
Take a few B-list players, in the case of HS, a wannabe A-list but nowhere close, toss in some LA scenery, and hope for the best. Which, does not happen in this very weak offering. We want to find something useful or engaging in this, given the potential for a 5 or 6 out of 10, but this is simply bad. Really bad. Nothing redeeming whatsoever. All in the eyes of the viewer, me in this case.
Wanted to be engaged for a full, intelligent film, but after 30 minutes of weak boredom, skip ahead a bit, go back a bit...fundamentally lacking in any hook. Someone gave Swank some money to make something, and she failed, badly.
Blue Jay (2016)
No even in covid times
This is for those who enjoy Waiting for Godot. Or observing grass growing, paint drying. Nothing happens start to finish. Boring.
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (2014)
Bad/Mind numbingly painful
SNL was good. It has not been remotely watchable for a long time. Demographic targets changed and I surmise Lorne gave up on the long term audience for money, duh. Kids in the Hall. Brilliant.
Keep on Carry on, be happy by avoiding this refuse.
A Little Late with Lilly Singh (2019)
Horrible
Clearly "favors" got this made. Absolutely egregious. Waste of resources from the beginning.
Watch a vegetable grow rather than this.
Be smooth. Life is too short. This is so completely bad.
The Explosion Show (2020)
One host only please
First show only: Explosions are a widely enjoyed topic that this episode diminished by excessive non-informative use of Tory's sidekick. Lose that person and ratings will improve.
H2O: The Molecule That Made Us (2020)
Absolutely Brilliant!
More later but this is a must see. A wholistic view of the water cycle. Yes I am a water scientist. Enjoy and share. This is PBS at it's best.
