I really enjoyed this film. Surprised the reviews aren't much higher. It's a bit sappy, but not anymore than "The Sound of Music." Well shot, well dressed, well edited, and well scored.

There's a reason this film won "best film" over 1500 others in the international 48 hour film competition. What's all the more amazing is that the film was written, shot, and edited in 48 hours. It's soooo funny, every step of the way. Watch it twice to see all the things you'll miss the first time. Check it out on youtube or vimeo. The story, editing, and shot framing are fantastic. The casting was also fantastic. It's like Woody Allen said, "Comedy is simply someone else's tragedy." It's in french and subtitled, but that seems only to add to the film. The dialogue flows. Even the ending "trailer" part is exquisitely edited.
