I was not expecting much so I am writing a positive review. The characters are even quite well conceived, actors are OK, I think only the Joker was not very well explored, Jared Letho is usually an impeccable actor, here I do not think he really delivered his best performance. The plot itself is pretty weak, what really saved this movie are some of the funny things the members of the squad say, but honestly, there is not much of a story to tell and what the viewers are going to watch is a few minutes of explosions, action, gun shots, but nothing really impressive. I would suggest this movie if you are looking forward to spending some time with friends watching a motion picture that will not, by all means, drain you brain's energy. If you are looking for a terrific movie about anti-heroes, stay far from it. You may get really disappointed.

This movie attempts at recreating the atmosphere of Italian comedies of the past (from the 70's and 80's mostly), it has even a very typical narrative structure (four episodes, very famous comedians from Italian TV) and a humor based on very very lousy Italian jokes, beautiful women and really, I swear to God, nothing else. I was not expecting anything from this, especially seeing the cast. I understand that these actors need to make money too, so I will not blame them, the movie itself is not worth a try, not even if you had nothing else to watch, it is too lame and lousy! This movie is very ill conceived, needless to say it fails epically to recreate the atmosphere of old Italian comedies and, the most important thing: IT IS NOT FUN AT ALL! Do not waste time (and money) watching it!

This documentary is very well conceived and shot. It explains very simply how the middle class just impoverished all of a sudden and how dangerous this is for an economy. The author also explains the impact of Reaganism, Thatcherism and, generally, the Chicago boys' theories on contemporary societies. This movie is also for all of those who think that we are just experiencing a temporary crisis. This is not a crisis and we have already understood that:the economy has been gradually shifting from a manufacturing one to a service economy with lower hourly wages, less benefits, part-time hours and more importantly even less chance to organize unions than before. Please watch it, you will not regret it at all!

I do not honestly understand all the fuzz about this movie. It is bad, it loosely based on a Japanase (excellent) cult movie (and this is already disappointing since the time all US remakes of excellent Japanese movies are 99% of the times simply ill conceived) and it is simply boring as hell and full of stupid incongruence. It is a teen movie, OK, but it is not that great. It is basically a representation of a story using a story line that resembles a lot talent shows such as American Idol and the like.

There is the Host Stanley Tucci and the contenders and of course one of them is the girl on fire and there are rumors of a love story between her and one of her opponents...Come on... This is all so cheap and cheesy that it could be even worse than any reality show you have seen so far...Of course if, you love Reality shows, this movie is for you!

These Pinky Violence movies have always fascinated me. They are hard to find, I got my copies from Amazon Germany, so far I've watched 3 out of 4 of them and this is the one I like the most. First of all, this movie is violent and nudity recurs often, hella often! It is a dizzying combination of prison-movie archetypes, social satire, and S&M-fueled kink, that is definitely not for all tastes, but there's a surprising amount of artistry behind it. The story is very catchy and there is also torture in it. The movie itself is a pearl, like a picture of Japan in the 70's, I really recommend it because it has lots of stuff that will make you understand more about the culture and the way some Japanese conceive eroticism. The OST is even great! Lots of bass lines and percussions! If you love low budget movies, but violence, sex and torture and action, this movie is definitely for you! Lead actresses Miki Sugimoto and Reiko Ike are amazing! I read some reviews that defined the movie as disgusting and boring. I must confess it is not boring at all and the sex scenes are not explicit as in porn and there are still more violent movies nowadays even on TV. Give it a shot, if you are looking for some emotions!

This Movie is simply excellent! Lino Banfi gives an outstanding performance, he plays the as an Italian businessman with some communication problems with his family. First things first, Altomare (the main character) is a very superstitious man from Southern Italy. He constantly fights against bad luck and strives not to get into troubles. He's the typical average Italian man and the movie is sooo nice because it shows the little contradictions of the average Italian family. This movie is impossible to understand unless the viewer spoke Italian fluently and had a profound knowledge of the Italian culture. The second episode with actor Johnny Dorelli is inconsistent and useless to watch, just focus on the first one, named " Il Pelo della Disgrazia". I love this movie and never get tired of it!

I came across this movie by accident, it was on my friend's shelf and I got caught by its cover. I asked him to watch it with me, he said this is a great movie to watch alone, maybe during rain showers. This is a Thai movie, I would suggest you to watch it in the original version with subtitles. I am quite a fan of Asian horrors, but objectively, this is such a great movie, everybody will love it. It has suspense, it reveals details step by step, the acting is really great and the ending is something simply amazing! I will not reveal anything else because everyone should watch it without knowing too much. All you need to know is that, if you will buy it, rent it or download it, you will never regret it! I got really scared, it was ages I did not feel like that due to a horror movie!

I was not expecting a great plot, wonderful acting, but at least someone approaching a movie like this would expect awesome effects...Nothing like this, so I would not suggest to go watch this, it's simply not worthy it. The story is loosely based on ancient Greek Mythology, but with lots of discrepancies. It's very disappointing that so much money has been spent on a such useless movie. This film will not impress you at all, it will simply be forgotten and it's the only good thing that can happen to you after watching it! I am shocked by the fact that an excellent actor like Liam Neeson would get involved in such a bad movie! Stay far from it!

This movie is excellent. It is because it is a blend of sci-fi and horror with firm yet amusing critics to the society. I have always loved Carpenter's vision of reality, it is stunning to think that, after 24 years this film was shot, many things match...Personally, I loved the way this title describes the degradation of the system and the efforts that are constantly made by the " ruling coalition " of this world to keep things running and make people do what's good for them! There are only a few things I do not like about this movie, but it's something not that important. In some scenes ( the fighting one between Nada and Franks is way too long ) the rhythm is not very active with the result of getting a little bit boring. There are also funny scenes such as the one in which Nada gets inside a bank by mistake and starts shooting everyone as he noticed that most of the clients were aliens. The scene in which he goes to the News agent's is pure genius. I highly recommend it to those who like to think, this movie's simply awesome!!!

This movie is simply disappointing. It is such a pity, because road trip movies can be real funny and last literally forever in our minds, thank God this is not the case, because you will unconsciously remove this movie from your memories. The plot is simply inconsistent and the acting is really unnatural, just as if the actors themselves knew the movie was not for them. What really shocks me the most is that there were people who wrote it and got even paid for that! I loved Zach Galifianakis in Hangover, but here he is not fun at all, maybe a little bit in the end when he actually gets a part in a show. Naaa, not even there!
