Wonderfull realistic movie about south of france.

Out of europe people have the tendency to see France as a romantic peacefull country, where you drink wine and eat bred with a french hat. well this movie is like a window opening on the REAL side of life in France. Some people may not like it because its too real. and sometimes it is painfull to see the reality so people like to stay in a fictious world..

like the title says ( like a magnet ) the phylosophy of this movie shows the struggle of immigrants and unemployed youth, the mafia presence, the police......

Akhenaton who played Sauveur in this movie and wrote this movie , is also a MC in IAM rap band.

i think you should take this movie as documentary inspired on real facts. the destiny of a group of 10 youth , trying to make it in life by any way available, not bad kids, not perfect either , just ..kids. but the problems and events that they are exposed to is not made for any man in the world.......

too political

exactly , that was the mistake of Jean Francois Richet, he tryed to mix hiphop and political convictions, the idea is smart, but youth in france are not followers... they tryed to make hiphop artist represent their propaganda to influence youth,,, but you also have to know that Jean francois Richet first movie was already a rebellious and destructive movie about ghettos in France...

its interesting to see this movie, but its is a point of view of whats happening in France, not what is really happening,,,

a movie like " THE HATE " from Matthieu Kassovitz , is way more realistic on this subject.
